Great location and great manager. Gavin helped me find a new pair of headphones for my xbox. He was extremely helpful, he didn't come off as if he was just trying to sell something and get me out the door. He showed me all my different options, explained them- and eventually helped me find the right pair for me with great care in his job. He was a very nice and helpful guy. Im a GM at restaurant down the street and I know good customer service when I see it. He deserves a raise, he handles customers with true care.
The person working in there today is very lazy and rude! We waited 15 mins in the parking lot. Waiting for someone to come back to the store. On the door a sign read "be back in 5 minutes". They were gone at least 15 minutes. When we went in the person said they no longer sold digital copies for Xbox. I wanted to buy the new NBA 2K22 for Xbox series X/S. I know that is false because this is the exact store I bought a digital copy of Madden 22. Then I proceeded to purchase $100 of Microsoft money. So I can just buy the game from the Microsoft store on my Xbox series s console. They then told me that they could not search for the gamestop credit card I use to purchase items from gamestop after the machine read error after sliding my gamestop credit card. They were rude and said they could not help me. This person is lazy and needs to be replaced or trained better. I purchase everything gaming from this location and this person ruined my experience!
Great place with a good variety of games, accessories and more. Friendly staff and very clean inside.
I wish reddit would unhelp them. They used to give you $15 for a nonworking controller and fix it so they could sell it. Now they literally give you pennies or $5 store credit. No reason to go here when you can just download games in ps store.

Went here because I was told by another store they had a pre-owned version of what I was looking for. Upon arrival I searched the ahelves and found a case for it. Took it to the register & guy starts going thru the drawers. After 10 mins he says "we don't have it, but I can sell you a new copy for $20 more". BS, if I wanted the new version I would have gotten it at the other store. After telling him that he got an attitude and said if I didn't want it then I could leave. So I turned around and walked out. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Good store, good deals going on all the time. Mix and match 4 games PS4 or Xbox one games for $30. They still have some old school xbox 360 games and other older platforms too. I brought my kids in and as much as pain it is having them pick out some games, the cashier was wonderful and answered all their questions!

Nothing wrong with the staff, just tired of this money greedy company that doesn’t care about its consumers. I have been a rewards member for over 7 years now and never used my power up points collecting them so I can use them for something big one day, but I had to find out after having close to 60k points they were all lost to someone turning it on to auto renew $5 coupons every month. Now I only have 3k points. I’ve emailed and messaged about this problem and still months later no one has helped me. I CAN NOT WAIT to watch this company continue to fail, neglect to change with the times, go bankrupt, and never exist again. Safe to say this company will never see my business again even if it mean I have to spend a extra dollar or two, BLOCKBUSTER 2.0!

Best game stop I've been too. Had the pleasure of talking to employee Lydia. She was very helpful, polite and even engaged in casual conversation after my purchase. (There were no other customers, mind you). Will definitely be going back!
This use to be my go to Gamestop but since the new manager came in, the quality of the store has significantly dropped. When I come in looking for Pokémon things for my son, I have to run around the store because it’s in four different locations. Who organizes a store like that? The new manager also doesn’t seem to have a firm grip on video games or collectibles. The customer service there is still good, depending on who you talk to. The two guys that work there are knowledgeable and if they don’t know, they do whatever they can to find out. I use to go to this location because the old manager went above and beyond for everyone and he trained everyone else to as well but the new one, she doesn’t seem to know what customer service is. It’s actually really disappointing. I recommend going to the mall location if you’re in the area.
Always the same with every gamestop. Came to finalize a pre order because yesterday got a phonecall that i can come up anytime between 3pm-9pm. Came up 15 before 4 and the guy tells me I cant until 6. So why is it all gamestops dont know times correctly or certain info? Like last Saturday, was pro days, asked about the wired gamecube controllers for switch, asked if they had the rumble feature also. The girl ssid yeah, any controller made for switch has rumble feature, which in fact they do not. 4 stars on game product availability and customer service, just wish knowledge and information was better
This GameStop is in such a convenient location for me. The workers are always nice and they actually go up to you and ask if you need anything instead of just staying behind the counter. They always have what I am looking for and if not then they do their best to help you find it. Amazing place!
The associate which I worked with was friendly and thorough testing my game system. I was so thankful for his time I purchased a controller. Thank you for the excellent service. Will be back for future gaming needs.
Very helpful at this location. Ive been coming here for years! Knowledgeable staff and best of all I just hand them my list and they do the rest for me! To me there is nothing more confusing then shopping for game systems and video games theres just soo many. I just hand them my list and Im in and out! I love it. Great job gamestop! Dont change!
