Best gamestop in the area, the young man when I was buying Persona 5 gave me the steelbook case for free since they had spare copies! Definitely earns the title of prestige store in every way, even had a copy of Hello Kitty Cruisers for the Wii U once!

My boys love this place. There is a large variety of games to choose from, the staff is friendly & quite helpful, and the prices are fair.

Never had a problem.the selection has been lower since covid.but the staff has always been great that's why they get the five.so thanks for making the day better

While you can sometimes find games for a lower price, overall I feel like it's gone downhill. Finding a good game is rare and often you find same copies if a game with a drastic price difference. In one instance I found the same copy of risk of rain 2 amd the brand new version was actually cheaper than an old copy

This place is amazing I come here for all my gaming needs I got my switch here all my games and controllers not a single problem the employees are amazing and so nice

Great Service, they sometimes mess up games and stuff but every store you go to has mistakes.

Worst delivery and customer service ever experienced, I had made two orders one with a razer headset and a Xbox live card, and another with a Xbox one s, the first was completely canceled and customer service couldn’t explain why, and the Xbox one s I paid for same day delivery as I wanted it to play during my day off work, seeing as I get few days off, I made the order Friday and kept getting thrown in a loop by customer service telling me untrue statements about my order when in reality Sunday night after work I called and found out there was no intention of ever delivering it, and the only thing they could do is refund the money which could take up to a week, and I used all that was in my bank account to purchase the Xbox tense there was a big issue, I asked if I could just pick it up at the store seeing as it never left the store and the customer service representative told me he couldn’t do that even tho I had already paid for it, it was set for delivery and couldn’t be picked up and the only way for me to get it was by him canceling the order and refunding me, and me waiting basically till my following paycheck to go to the store and buy it in person.

I wanted a new copy of until dawn. The employee pulls out an open empty case and starts looking for the disc. I repeated i did not want a used copy. He tells me it is new. I look at the disc and there is a big scratch and 6 small ones across the disc. I point out the scratches and he tries to sell me a warranty on it. I explained that new discs should not have scratches or need a extra warranty. I went and got it at target where it was unopened and not scratched up.
