I went there and got a used ps4 for 300$ and when I got home I thought everything was fine started playing a game then my controller stops working then works again. I thought it was the controller so I got a brand new one and that still wasn’t the problem. They gave me a messed up Ps4
Certainly not what it used to be. More pricey then before, not a great selection on most games either. One HUGE positive thing it has going for it at this moment, is a gentleman, the Manager, Mr. Cook. His customer service skills are beyond what customer service is all about. He is willing to go above and beyond what it takes for the customers. He has a fantastic attitude and knows how to operate the business. Mr. Cook knows everything about any questions a customer may have. Mr. Cook is the ONLY reason I will go back. Thank you Mr. Cook for having OUTSTANDING customer service!
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good stock of games for all systems and lots of fun collectables. Plenty of FunkoPops too!

They have a pretty decent selection prices are a bit high but they seem to have most anything you will be looking for. Fairly well organized.
Gamestop is like a 2nd home to me I go in there when I want to nerd out lol every time I walk in they make me feel welcomed

I'm giving them a 2 because the women came out from behind the counter when I walked in to the store, to position herself to be able to watch me. Do you really think I wanna steal action figures (as cool as they are) and empty game cases?

Worst game stop ever they have empty boxes on the shelf and they don't have it in stock we got told 2 times they did not have it in stock neither item
