GameStop, Wooster OH

One of my favorite places to go in Wooster. An amazing staff! Heather and Kendra have always been great and know what they are talking about. Always kind, helpful and they know their regulars, like myself. They greet you and always up to chat. This Gamestop is honestly the best one I have ever gone to, I'm glad it's our local one.

Everytime I buy a pre-owned game it's always either scratched or had cracks in it n they never gave me my bo3 copy just a gift card I don't need

This store is organized well. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. We go back regularly.

Needed a new controller because the cheaper ones at Walmart suck and I can return it to the store for a year with the warranty Walmart you have to send into a third party place. The girl working there was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back sometime

I actually came to Walmart and seen the GameStop sign so I looked up their hours and seen they are open and decided I would just walk over here even though it’s a decent walk. Get here and apparently the associate just puts a sign up that they will be back at 7: 15 and mind you they close at 8 either way.

I go here all the time other than waiting in long lines sometimes I had no problem. Today I go in with my kids this girl working must be new? Names Liz rude 8 people came in after me she didn't say hi to any of us I walked to counter she said I'm dealing with something else right now so I walked away 10 min later go back up no expression eye contact rude rude I told her she was rude she shrugged. I left

Staff is super friendly and eager to help! I’ve been going here since the EB Games days… probably close to 20 years (I remember buying N64 games here new, ah the good ‘ol days). Always is, has been, and will be my go to, physical location, for physical games I want.

Go here if you want to sell your stuff to a company that will pay you absolutely nothing so they can turn around and sell it for 4 times the price

I went use my insurance to trade in for another controller, Even called a head.
They couldnt bother to tell me over the phone that they didn't have any in stock.
I had the choice of paying more for a new one (which I don't have the cash right now) or wait a week for them to mail me one.
The whole issue could have been avoided by the manager just telling me they didn't have any when I was on the phone with him.
So I wasted my time and my gas that is in a truck that isn't gas friendly.
I've had to many issues with the GameStop in Wooster and will be going to the one in Canton or Ashland from now on. I've never had issues at any of those.

But over $100 in product and went to go check out and the lady couldn't even talk to me she talked to my friend right beside me who wasn't buying anything and proceeded to check me out and not say two words to me thank you Kendra you really made me feel appreciated not really.

Had multiple used games on display that weren't in store, and sold me an untested ps4 that won't read disks no wondering they're losing stores. Service was great tho no issues there.

Went to trade in a PS4 pro I just got not too long ago.they offered me $80 for it. Because it had dust on it.dust. Works great. Dust though. It’ll have to be refurbished for that.idk needless to say I’m never going back to that place. Best Buy might be expensive but at least they don’t insult your intelligence by trying to buy a console they sell for $400 from you for $80. Because dust. Idk why the guy didn’t blow it off.looked like he had that skill.

Drove 40 minutes to get a PS4 Pro, they were the only ones to have it in stock. I called before I came and the lady I spoke with was awesome! Excellent customer service & product selection is amazing! I highly recommend!

It's game stop found some cool things but it's still GameStop I wouldn't trade anything in here and a few things I thought were over priced like the uncharted PS4 without the controller that came with the system but they have a great buy 2 games get 2 free going on right now
