GameStop, Niles OH

Employees are very helpful and understanding. Very patient with customer even when they are busy as heck. I wish I could have taken pictures that day I was there. They were so packed and yet so kind and knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and polite.

Supposed to open at 10 but they never do. I have waited at their gate until 10: 30 before they opened.

There was a large overweight young man that smelled terribly and was cursing at the top of his lungs. The staff did nothing about it. I thought about calling the police but I just left.

Ron's the only one at the store that knows a majority the questions people have for GameStop and the best worker that location has but everybody else seems to the last knowledgeable when it comes to pre-order questions or just merchandise in general and the phones at that location are never working supposedly and you can try for hours on end without getting somebody to answer and they say it's Wi-Fi issues but I can call any place in that Eastwood mall and have no connection issues

Preordered a game for the exclusive item they offered, just to find out it was only limited supply.

Staff is awesome. Always really nice to me even though I mainly go in to check out the used selection. The selection is not as large as some other game stops but it's still pretty decent. The only bad thing I have to say is the smell. I'm not sure what it is but some days it is so bad you can't go inside. I think a sewer pipe is clogged which is unfortunate for the staff.

The gentleman working was awesome. Wish I would've thought to get his name. He helped answer all my questions and advise me towards renewing my pro membership.

Staff was helpful and really made the experience an enjoyable one chatting it up and helping with selecting a game along with some tips for another game we purchased.
