From making the appointment to picking up your vehicle, Ganley Buick GMC is very professional. They are always very quick and do a tremendous job! I wouldn’t take my Buick anywhere else!

Ganley Buick did an awesome job of thoroughly searching and diagnosing the problem with my handicapped van. They offered several options for repairs. I really respect their honesty and thoroughness of diagnosing the problem. John in service really explained well in terms I could understand. I was visiting my family from out of state when I noticed an oil puddle beneath my 2020 GMC Sierra.during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Ganley got me into their service department within two hours of my phone call. Their techs found no leaks from my truck and Ganley refused to charge me anything for their service. Very refreshing to be treated that well these days!

They went above and beyond to correct something that Metro Toyota failed to do after they serviced my vehicle and now it it is perfect. I'm very pleased with their service and the prople I dealt with. I'm a very happy customer.

I highly recommend Ganley Buick GMC. Purchased my Yukon XL Denali from them. They gave me a very good deal and made my purchase a great experience. They do the same whenever I take my Yukon XL Denali to them for service. The Service Writers are great, the service is completed on time and at a fair price.

John in the service department really made me feel confident in the service requirements. He got me in when the other dealership couldn't.
He got me in for service in one day. The other dealership needed 2 weeks! Everyone in the service department was friendly & very professional. If you need your Buick serviced, Ganley is the way to go. Also, he helped me with a good price!

I went in for a nail in my tire. They took the nail out and let me know it didn’t actually puncture the tube. I had already agreed to purchase the new tire, and they could have just sold me the new tire. Initially they helped figure out to get me on the road at the lowest possible price. After the honest move, they wouldn’t even accept my attempt to pay them for their time. They now have a customer for life and raving fan!

We did not purchase or even make the drive to see vehicle. Shady dealings for a dealership. Won’t except outside financing and basically force you to finance with them at a much higher interest. Never seen a dealership stoop to such lows. Ready to go with cashier or certified check but wouldn’t except. Also found this precertified vehicle had some past history that unless you know what your looking for wouldn’t know. Buyers beware

Called ahead and told them what I wanted. Came in an hour later and they were ready and set me up quick and easy with my new ride. Thanks Ganley Buick GMC.

This is my third vehicle with Ganley Buick GMC in Strongsville. Joe and his team are amazing. By far the best deals and over the top customer service. I highly recommend!

I was told I needed all new brake pads. My husband did it at home and the brake pads were fine. The problem was that the front right brake had loose rust that fell in the brakes, once my husband removed it, the screeching was gone and problem solved. Glad we didn't pay the 500$ the dealership wanted for new brake pads.

It is a slow process right now but John with Ganley has been exceptionally nice. You can't do anything about parts on order. John has been diligent in his approach to assure my vehicle gets fixed. Thank you John.

Took it in for right front rattle. A week later and 3300.00 got it home with multiple fluid leak. Been going there for years their service has gone to hell. And they wanted 3500.00 more to fix leaks!

I would give them a 5 star but after driving away I noticed that my tire pressures were very wrong. My tires were to be rotated. Now I'm wondering if that was done at all. After calling the Service Center I was told to make another trip in to check the tire pressures. I'm not a satisfied customer.

My car needed body work after it was hit. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Estimate was done quickly. They coordinated everything with the insurance and rental car company. Kept me informed on progress. Facility is extremely clean and everyone is always smiling. Car looks great!

I had taken my car to GANLEY BUICK for body work from an accident.not that I want another accident but Asey was awesome to work with and I didn't recognize my car when I picked it up. It was spotless inside and out.highly recommend them.

Kevin Petitti assisted us in purchasing this beautiful 2018 GMC Terrain after a not so nice experience at a competing dealership. I called Kevin and within an hour we were working a deal on the car with no hassle, no weird hoops to jump through or kitschy “salesmen” tactics. Kevin took a personal interest in my husband and I’s situation and helped guide us through the car buying process with professionalism and ease! I highly recommend visiting him if interested in one of their new or used vehicles! I worked in the car business for 5 and a half years and can spot BS from a mile away but there was none of that to be had here. Very happy with our experience!
