24I live in one of the gaslight apartment buildings and one of the workers named, Piante, helped me so much today! He was keeping our sidewalks looking beautiful and helped me find my lost earring! He was so nice and such a big help!
We just moved in. Had problems with garage door opener. Gaslight sent Mark F over to fix same day I called which was very important because my Mother is older. He came Covid prepared with Mask on which we appreciated soo much and he was very professional and got the job done quickly. Thanks Gaslight Properties
Mark came out and diagnosed the issue of the dishwasher correctly on day one. He stated they would order the part. Then, a few days later, they sent others to ensure it wasn't just a reset issue. It wasn't; they decided to move foward with ordering the part. Disappointely, it was the wrong part. So, they finally decided to put in a new dishwasher. Gaslight had the dishwasher delivered and installed the next day. In addition, Mark was friendly, installed the dishwasher quickly, and he didn't mind our dogs. Hoping to have him back for other work orders.
Great maintenance services. One of the maintenance guys by the name of Piante came and did some work and was quick and sufficient. Great job!

Overall great experience with this company, especially during this pandemic situation. Shoutout to Lesley Brunk for going out of her way to make the leasing process run smoothly. Since in person tours were not available at this time, she personally went to the unit I was interested to give me a video tour. Lesley truly cares about her client's experience and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable before signing the lease. Highly recommend this company for anyone interested in living in the Cincinnati area!
This is an updated review specifically for maintenance. My refrigerator needed to be replaced as the temperature just was not cold anymore. After sending a request to get it fixed, Mark and Piante came the NEXT day to deliver a new fridge. Best customer service and always a speedy turnaround time with Gaslight. Very happy tenant:)
Do not make a contract with this apartment before you seeing in person. This property gave me an unlivable condition apartment and they are so irresponsible. I definitely do not recommend this property. Find another one!
Raven was absolutely AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about her and Gaslight in general. We were in a horrible housing situation (related to a different rental company) and needed help finding a new house and moving in quickly. Raven was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating - she replied so quickly and honestly was a lifesaver. Thanks Raven and Gaslight!
Horrible maintenance at the Clifton View Apartments. I had a hole in my wall that went unfixed for months, allowing water to enter my apartment, damage my property, and grow black mold. Office was completely unsympathetic and unresponsive.
Place is okay but they need to have more maintainence staff. A leakage in roof lets rain water come and i lodged the compain 12 days back and haven't had some one come even come check the problem. Best apartment complexes in city do tend to address issues like this on time. Will not renew again.
We just had the best experience leasing through Raven Perdue. We were in a bit of a bind with our housing situation that we had before renting with Gaslight and Raven and the Gaslight team helped us to move quickly in getting our lease for a beautiful newly renovated 5 bedroom house. Raven worked off hours to get our lease together and advocated for us the whole time.
Raven was incredible in helping us figure everything out with our move in a timely manner. Would recommend Gaslight to anyone looking for an organized and congenial service. To Gaslight: give Raven a raise if not a promotion, she deserves it!
Does not fix problems, my ceiling has been leaking forever and no one cares, the office is young and doesn’t care about your issues, acts like it’s crazy of you to complain. Like oh I’m sorry, this is where I LIVE. I like the location of my place and neighbors are nice, but that’s about it.
My air conditioning unit broke two weeks ago and still haven't even heard on how many more days until they can come out and look at it. I called to ask only to hear "ill call you back" and then never did, I just feel bad because my pets have to sit in a 90 degree apartment. We are working on exiting the lease. Ps the sink, fridge stove and oven all didn't work a pon move in day and lastly the ventalation system fell out of the ceiling two separate times.
Have been a tenant of Gaslight for about 8 years. However, recently was faced with a difficult personal situation which required me to move to a larger apartment. Contacted the company and had the pleasure and fortune of meeting Meg. She was so supportive of my situation and went above and beyond to help me out. I would like to personally thank her and recognize her efforts and kind demeanor. She was a life saver and I am very appreciative of her help/support.
Moved to house in Bishop. Duke Energy red-tagged the water heater and furnace. Call Gaslight and the same day Matt came in to fix the issues. Couldn't be happier with the service.
On move in day the apartment wasn't ready. Kevin, Tatiana and Marcus went above and beyond, working past their shift to get the apartment clean. Great job guys!
Extremely disorganized company, apartment was filthy when I moved in. Once I made it my own it was nice, and most of the employees are nice. I can see that the company is making positive changes. In the future, depending on my second year staying with them, I may raise this to three stars!
Worked with Kristina Rolfe on finding a place for me and she went above and beyond the call of duty! Truly excellent employee if you call down there ask for her and she’ll get ya taken care of!
