We’ve had a unit there for almost a year and Katie has always been amazing!

Stay far away from this facility. I bought two units that were made by the manager of this place. Fake unit alert! Katie admitted to me that she has a store that she sells used goods. I wonder how she gets all her goods (she must be cherry picking units). She also admitted in our chat that she goes into the delinquent units and tells her friends how much to bid and what's in them. Last but not least there were zero tamper proof tags on any of the units I purchased, just her locks. Do not do business here! I made a request to talk to the owners multiple times and was never contacted by them. That tells me that she never contacted them or they know about this behavior and don't care.
