2The staff here is so friendly. I worked with Nathan and he was amazing. I was nothing but a bundle of nerves and anxiety yet he still made the whole situation a breeze for me. Kept a positive attitude, helped me with my issue, and made me leave 10x lighter than I felt all week. If I didn’t thank him enough when I was there, thank you so much again. This wasn’t the first time I left feeling like this from this location. Everyone there is always amazingly nice, patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond and I 100% recommend this location!
Scott came out to do an install on my TV to be put in the wall not only he damaged the wall never finished the job I have been reaching out to the management for help which I have paid for service and I'm a total tech member and no one has yet called me about this matter worst experience I ever had with best buy geek squad
