Did online quote for motorcycle insurance for my son. Decided to stay with Progressive because the premium for much higher limits was about the same as what Geico offered for state-minimum coverage. Someone from this company just called to follow-up on the online quote, because I didn't purchase online. As soon as I told him I decided to stay with Progressive, he hung up the phone in my ear! Both their rates/coverage and customer service are severely lacking!
If your in an accident and the other party has there insurance you can expect a headache and they give hardly nothing for insurance claims your better off getting a lawyer instead of fighting them yourself

Lois Ruvebalde is an awful supervisor. He wants to teach all his clients what to do in their lives. I asked to speak with manager and ask his manager to call me, of course nobody rich me back. Lois has an amiability to tell me to move to another company. Who is he? Just a simpler employer who work in the night shift. You should change this treatment with clients. I am paying Lois money, not Lois me. Lois, I suggest you change your job. Be a priest.
Stellar staff, I've been with Geico for several years now and shop around at every renewal to see how other companies compare (they don't) couldn't be happier. Go with Geico, you won't regret it.
I don't know about the other people there but the gentleman that helped me explained everything, I'm happy I chose them and I like my coverage
They dont help they only care about mony to the point of upcharging you. If you can help it choose a different company
If I could do zero stars I would. My truck was sideswiped damaging the driver side rear tire. I paid my deductible, Geico only replaced that one tire, causing the entire truck to be uneven. Refused to balance the truck or provide second tire to balance. Now it’s on me, out of pocket. They only provided trained responses and weak apologies while attempting to explain other companies are the same as them. I’m switching today. Save yourself the headache
This company offers fair prices and great service. I had a homeowner claim and it was handle very quickly. Proud to be a Geico customer.

I’m charged for calling customer support than they tell me the wrong information causing me to have problems with my bill and even thought they train these people and charge me 5$ every time you should at least know what your talking about I’m looking into switching for sure not worth it if the people working for u can’t even give out the right information than tell the customer there is nothing u can do is ridiculous

They scam you, and cheat you in any way possible. I had them for years, until someone else with Geico hit me. That's when all the trouble with them started. Even though I was their customer too, they did everything they could to not pay out. They still owe me $430 from five months ago, and are fighting me every step of the way! I've switched insurances, and wouldn't go back if they were the last company on Earth!

I've been with Geico for roughly two years now. While I haven't needed to use any of my services (thankfully) my premiums continue to go up despite previous accidents coming off my record. I have not moved or gotten a new car, but have had two minor, at fault accidents fall off my record and saw my insurance go up $30 a month in less than a year. I also recently began looking for renters insurance and found that even with my auto policy, my renters insurance is 3 - 4 times higher of what I've priced everywhere else. As soon as I got an estimate through Geico, the calls started rolling in. I've had eight calls in two days, finally leading me to block the number and start new auto insurance with another provider when my policy expires next. I only went through Geico because they were the cheapest at the time and I've never needed to see an agent face to face, but I'm ready to go back somewhere else.
