Gel Nails, Alliance OH

I always tip good. But this time I just wanted to pay and leave. My polish isn’t net at all. This is the only place I’ve been doing sense the mall closed I think ima have to be looking for a new place for 70 some dollars not happy.

I cannot say enough about this salon. The staff is always so welcoming, kind and eager to provide an excellent experience. However, the first time I got the manager, Hannah, I knew I found my go to. She is *completely* amazing! She goes above and beyond to assure I’m getting exactly what I have requested and always improves upon it. You simply cannot go wrong with any of the staff. My daughter in law often gets another one of the girls (her name escapes me) and her nails are always gorgeous! If you want the best in the industry, this is the place! Just do it. Go now. Stop what you’re doing and treat yourself!

This is the worst set i have ever had from gel nails.usually i have my sets on for roughly 4 weeks because my nails don’t grow super fast but this set i have had to had fixed twice and this is the second time they look horrible.now mind you they broke while i was doing simple say to day stuff suck as moving a blanket and folding clothes.the nail polish just peeled off like nothing.and all of the acrylic just busted off like nothing

I love their work, every tech that has done my nails has done excellent work! I get anxious going to new salons, many places have techs who are so rough/careless with their drills & burn/cut you and really don't seem to care about your comfort. This is one of the few places I've gone where they were super gentle and took care to not cause any pain, which I appreciate SO much, and I don't feel anxious going here. My nails always last a while too, like 3-4 weeks, which is saying something because as a nail biter with really short, thin natural nails, I experience lifting and breakage a lot when I go to other salons and sometimes can't even make it 2 weeks between fills. This place actually takes care to do them right!

I want to keep going back because it's the best salon I've been to, with the exception of the wait time. The fact that they're always SO busy speaks volumes about their great work, don't get me wrong! But not being able to make an appointment makes it difficult to plan/ get in sometimes. I've gone 3x where I had to wait well over an hour, 2 of those times they took people to work on who had walked in well after me, and I unfortunately had to leave and not get mine done because I had other commitments and couldn't wait any longer. This is literally the only thing I'd change about this place. I get it wouldn't solve the problems completely, but being able to make appointments could help. Or if they could at least let people know how long of a wait to expect until their turn, that would also help. Otherwise really love this place!:)

Not the worst, not the best. Last time I got a pedicure my toe got hurt real bad by the lady doing it. She can be pretty rough and painful. It’s also not a very relaxing environment.

Stephanie really knows her stuff! Super sweet and really hooked me up for my date tonight!

This place is great love the customer service here. They do a great job never had a better experience anywhere else. The pedicures are amazing.

I've been going to Gel nails since nail tech I had at another shop in alliance retired. I have long nails and hard to find anyone that likes doing them.thanks Reba.

My girlfriend goes here and her nails are ALWAYS stunning. Before she went here, she always had issues with her nails lifting or chipping and she has never once complained about this place. Definitely recommend for your girl

Absolutely love this place. I get along with every employee here. The owners hold their employees to a standard and it definitely shows. The work is always AMAZING. HIGHLY recommend Reba for your nails.

I’ve never seen more God awful nails in my life. Gave my daughter money to get hers done. She wanted short because of her job. The lady did long so she could charge more. Then they looked like a 5 year old did them. She cried all the way home so we went to Salon 44 and they fixed them. Run from this place!

Paid $53 for a basic black full set and not even a week later the gel is peeling and few of my nails are different shapes and sizes.the person who did my nails was nice, just not the best set.other employees however were really rude.probably not going back.

Clean, busy & modern nail salon that takes walk-ins. Great pedicures too! Laid back atmosphere. Emily is talented, funny & her work is immaculate! She consistently brings my ideas to life. Couldn't recommend her or Gel Nails more.

Love going to Gel Nails. They are always busy, which just tells you they do good work! I haven’t had one tech that has ever messed up my nails.

I got gel nails 5 days ago and there already peeling off. Not good. I paid $38 and not happy camper. $10 tip also.

They are very rude to their customers and I went in their to get my nails done before I went on a trip, I felt very judged on the design I wanted.they talk about their coworkers and they over hear people’s conversations and they dog on their customers. They talked about one of my relatives that went in they a few weeks ago, saying that she was rude to them but I was there with her and she barely even said a word. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I do not recommend going their!

Hands down the best nail place in Alliance. Affordable, friendly and experienced! Highly recommend!

I came to the salon today. Very fun environment and enjoyed my visit, definitely will be coming back and Emily is amazing!
