They sold me an awesome phone if I stay up past 9 pm I get free mintues to talk to my friends

Today, I stopped by Gem City because I had a phone with a dead screen, and I needed to factory reset it to trade it in. I was expecting some expensive charge to do this but was charged nothing. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I need a repair. The customer service was great and the employees were very friendly. Today, they didn't get any money from me, but they earned my future business, and I will refer others their way. Thank you for your hospitality.

No availability to answer a phone Every time I call I get straight to voicemail unable to leave a message It'd be nice to be able to talk to somebody before making a 40-minute trip to such a phenomenal repair shop.it's as simple as clearing voicemail out simply having a line that works.

Great customer service. Made the repairs in a timely manner and held to their quoted price. The only place I would go for my computer and phone repairs. Highly recommend!

Quick and Easy. First time there. Very relaxed atmosphere. I didn't get the name of the guy at the desk but everyone on the staff team seemed to be easy going. I came in and was attended immediately. Will be coming in again!:)

Left phone on top of car. Fell off & ran over by other cars, mashed to east hell. Gem City had no hope for it yet gave it a try anyway. THEY FIXED IT back to operable order and the price was very fair. THANK YOU GUYS

Place is awesome! Went in to get a screen protector and they did it for free without hesitation. Seems like customer service is a priority. All of my devices will be serviced by the team going forward.

Excellent service for battery replacement. All done in time frame i was told! Very courteous and polite! There is no other place to have your phone or tablet repaired

They said they would buy the phone off of me and they lied said they couldn't buy them they are rude and liars and a joke Don't go to them they will screw you over and laugh at you

They found a way to fix my laptop keyboard, stuck and broken key. Willing to replace the entire keyboard at 1/2 off at $100. Seemed reasonable. Tried several other places and they didn't want to be bothered (including Best Buy). Hope it works out!
