Pretty fair company. Will work with you and try to find a home for just about anyone. Only problem I had was them not wanting to fix things and not taking ownership when an issue with the property was their problem and not the tenants. Other then not really wanting to fix things in the home and when they do fix things it’s more of a bandaid solution it’s an okay place to work with

I've just moved in and so far there are no complaints. Mark is a cool landlord and the lady at the front desk is cool too. I actually love my house!

The building is warehouse on Main St. The people are friendly. We are renting a property but have yet to move in.

I been in this place for almost 3 years now they are the worst they don’t care about they tenants all they care about is the money even if you communicate with them the do the bare minimum to fix it. I spent so much money fixing up my house and they still have not fixed anything I’ve asked this is the worst property management company.

I thank God everyday for Gem City Property Management and Mark. I moved here from out of state with my kids and he got me into a place with a realistic move in date. He also kept me in the loop on how things were coming along in the process. This is my second rental from him and anytime I’ve put in a maintenance request it’s been fulfilled the same day which is rare when renting from most landlords. He is very prompt in returning emails and returning phone calls which I’m sure isn’t easy with his workload.
Ignore the bad reviews they are more than likely from people who don’t pay their rent but expect everything from the landlord. The lease clearly states the tenants responsibilities vs the landlord responsibilities. I just thank God everyday I found a landlord and a company like them and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

I lived at 1311 north main St when I went to look at the property it was not cleaned up until I made a deposit I was there for there years got evicted from the house took rent money whether it was late started having roaches and mice the mice had stopped but my hose was ingested with roaches also a pipe busted in my laundry room my dog ended up dying they never came and fixed the pipe saying cause I didn't have vetren on they couldn't fix it vectren has nothing to do with turning my water back on Mark was nice when.i. First moved in but now he is a slumlord
