Leo Daprile Jr.at Gem-Young is amazing! We had a tornado hit our house a couple weeks ago, and there was a lot of water damage from the high winds. There was also damage to our deck and skirting on the house. When I called Leo, he made sure that everything would be taken care of right away for us. He got me hooked up with a claim representative and they got the ball rolling with minimal effort on our end! They covered everything! This has been such a sigh of relief for my husband and I since we are new home owners! I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re looking for a new insurance guy! Also, Leo saved us over $150 A MONTH in car insurance when we switched over! Who can beat that? !

Ease of paying by credit card through your office, ability of staff to answer questions and help me decide what coverage I need and how I can reduce the cost of my insurance, and excellent service when someone hit the back of my car.

One nice thing is the policy renews every 6 months. Unless I change something I never have to go to the office. Patty is my agent, she is very outgoing and friendly. The only bad thing is Everytime the policy renews it goes up nothing changes though no tickets no nothing. In spite of that I will continue to use Gem Young. Thank you
