I got screamed at by one of the workers because I came in to switch glasses after they told me I could, the coworker made me cry

I have tried other eye care providers in the past and have always come back to Gemini in Huber Heights. Best service I have ever had getting glasses.

I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. When my glasses arrived the first time, my prescription was filled incorrectly. Gemini Eyecare was willing to give me a 50% refund when I returned, This is how business should be conducted. I am forever grateful and will certainly be returning the next time I need lenses. Today was my second time visiting and my first time actually receiving service for an eye exam. The first time when I came to look at frames I met with Dawn and she was great with exceptional customer service. Today I met with her again and she did yet another amazing job with my picking out my frame to explaining things. I have no review for the lady that first took me back to perform the first part of my exam in which she never introduced herself so I can’t even say what her name was! She spit on me during the exam and did not even say excuse me nor did she even acknowledge it! Now for the Dr. (who did not introduce himself either, no smile, no nothing! I did not feel welcome at all! I have no good review for this place other then that they both provided poor customer service. I could barely get him to respond to my questions! What is wrong with these Dr. ’s!? I’m giving 2 stars solely based on the job well done that Dawn did! If I could rate her alone I’d give 5 stars! Needles to say after I pick up my glasses I won’t ever return! I’ve been experiencing some really terrible customer service lately, maybe it’s the areas that I’m going into! And to think places like this are the ones that my insurance company contracts with. It’s sad and I will be making yet another phone call to express my displeasure! The frames are also a bit high even after insurance pays its portion!

Had a great experience. Other places wouldn't listen to me about the contact not fitting my eye correctly for the past 5 years. Dr. Belair did listen and did a great job. I only went in to get some contacts, thinking I could see through my glasses just fine. When I put my trial contacts in, they were extremely comfortable and I could see better than I thought possible. Thanks for doing what other Optometrist offices can't or won't.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Going on 3 months and still haven’t received glasses after paying for them

Was my first time and surely will be my last time there. Worst service I have ever received. The Dr's facial expression to me read "why is she even here? " He didn't introduced himself, didn't ask me anything about my vision issues, not even a simple "hello". A smile wouldn't kill you; you should try it sometimes. I regret going to this place and I will never recommend it.

I have never received anything but the best service from Gemini Optical! I see Dr. Connett primarily but have also had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Eckhart. They both were very thorough in their exams and provided me with good explanations of the options for corrective vision care.

They were super helpful! I came in with broken frames and they were able to grab an old pair of frames and put my lenses in the for me, for free! They also helped me pick out another pair of frames and we're really patient with me being indecisive. They were all helpful and encouraging and friendly and patient! Highly recommend!

Went to these people for years. Not very friendly. No personality in the Dr. I gave my money to all those years. At least fake it man! PUT ON YOUR GAME FACE. Seems like I was bothering him with my existence. Switched to Wal-Mart Vision center in Troy. They acted like they knew me for years. Why pay more for unappreciative people services? Haven't looked back.

Unprofessional who does not let you know how much things cost and very expensive will not help you has to get a copy of the prescription and would not give it to me they said they could not

Horrible customer service! Worst experience ever. They are scamming people through deceptive practices they know to be wrong! Beware the office staff people! They also bad mouth customers between themselves through in office discriminatory correspondence not meant for patient eyes. Once you shell out the $$ they could care less if you have a problem. Shocking, unethical, unprofessional, uncaring people! STAY AWAY!

Best vision care service in the area! I've been coming here for years and will continue to. I had to go elsewhere, due to insurance, and no one even comes close to the service and positive attitudes of the doctors and staff. Would recommend them to ANYBODY.

All ways helpful with me even if I bring my glasses right back in to have them adjusted the day after I pick them up and always with a smile on there faces, I love that part, I wouldn't go any where else

The staff is very friendly. They did my and my kids exams and did a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. The eye doctor was very thorough and caring. The office and equipment is extremely clean. I am very happy with the service my kids and I received and would gladly return for future appointments.

So If you have to wait a long time to get your glasses be aware that the staff here will just hang up on you mid sentence even if your being nice and you know trying to understand whats going on. This is the first time I have ever really had a problem with them, but they certainly seem to be getting more and more rude as time goes on with my glasses that are suppose to be in between 7 and 10 business days, and instantly blame the insurance company for any problems.

My family has handled all of our eyecare needs here for several years. I am a diabetic who needs an annual dilated eye exam which they have done faithfully and communicated to my primary care and specialist doctors. We have been pleased with their customer service and the several times we have need minor repairs to glasses.

We have been visiting Gemini Eye for years and have never thought about using another clinic. The staff is incredibly professional, helpful and courteous. They genuinely care about their clients and are always there to assist.
