This is a company that doesn't care about their employees. If you don't have a life, family, hobbies, or anything better in your life this will do. You're expected to just drop everything and work the hours they mandated you to work each week with little to no notice.

If you are good worker you will be stuck in that position. Trying to bid on other jobs is pointless. They will pass you over and hire people off the street with no experience.

The benefits are nonexistent. The upside is mediocre pay and lots of overtime because they can't keep employees.

I worked here and I lasted 3 days very hot I was scared for my life the machine were never maintenanced very well and would always move had to climb into machines at times leaky fluids out of machines on my head

Can't give a good review because there's nothing nice to say about the place. They don't give you your raises when you're supposed to get them and the quality supervisor is a complete joke. Too much favoritism and if they can find a reason to fire you. They will! I actually give ZERO STARS!

I hate it when good people and my buddies leave BC general aluminum change and they should have more benefits and try to keep people that's my opinion on it
