General Electric Credit Union (Loveland)

Had to stop in three times to completely close my loan. They started charging me fees for the account that they did not close.

(probably regular practice and part of their f the customer program)

Beware of scammers!

They are absolutely amazing! They take their time to answer questions or just to say Hello. Very friendly and caring and Helpful to your needs. I give 5 stars I would give 10 if it were an option.

I would really recommend banking literally anywhere else. The bank Manager, Dan, not only thinks he's better than you, he knows it. Not at all willing to make an effort to be helpful, but more than willing to be spiteful.

My credit union had been bout out by a local credit that just couldn’t get their act together so we switched to General Electric. We were so glad that we did. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect friendly, knowledgeable customer service. And that’s what we get with General Electric. I’m grateful we found them.

I needed to work with Alex at the office on multiple occasions. He was very pleasant and understanding to work with at a difficult time for myself. I am very happy with the service and follow-up and will continue to work with GECU. Thank you very much, sincerely meant.

Terrible customer service, lack of integrity in a business, coupled with a dated app that even their own customer service laughed at

I have been with GE Credit Union for so many years now, I have had my whole family open accounts with them also. I have had all different loan types through GE CU with great rates always being offered, and so much more! I will continue doing business with them. I love they will go above and beyond in order to make things easy as possible when you need help applying and maybe can't get to an office and everything can be handled through the phone and email. Which helped us a lot and still does due to the covid crisis. The friendly and professional staff are there to help you in anyway possible. I am a forever GE CU member. Thank you for all you do.

I've been a member since 1981 and have Never had a moment of dis-satisfaction with GECU!

Constant mistakes requiring time or visits from me. Shutting down my debit and credit cards at least once every two weeks. Nobody answers the phone. I recommend trying a different bank.

Great bank. Easy to deal with. Get all the benefits of a big bank, plus much much more. The automated machines allow you to withdraw as much cash as you please. I moved away from banking with US Bank after 30 years. I am so glad I did.

I'm very thankful this bank is here I used to always have to go down to the main branch in evandale.
But now that it's here it is easy fast and friendly to stop in and make a withdrawal. Or do any baking needs.

Lawrence at the Loveland branch was amazing! Helped my 8 year old cash in her coins and was so sweet and accommodating. Thank you for being such a gem!

Bank teller cancelled my debt card without my permission because I asked about retrieving my pin number she told me I would have to come inside. I told her I would handle it later since I was sick. Next day I tried my card and it was shut off. Very inconvenient.

This is by far the best bank I have ever worked with. Fully insured. Simple to use. Full suite of services from financial to legal to investing. Great web site. Great ATM network. Notary. People are very friendly, honest and hardworking. Thanks GECU Loveland for being such rock stars!

What an awful bank. Put your money with someone more trustworthy. Terrible website, awful service, impossible to get what you need or do it yourself. Absolutely awful
