Great Credit Union to be a member of. I have been with them for over 20 years and never had a problem with anything. If you are in there membership area I suggest you check out GE!

This location is not helpful. What others are saying, it appears they do not have actual representatives at this location to help you? Or it's appointment only? I was told they "may be able to find someone to help me, but it could be 15 minutes or more". I'll never visit this location again, and am looking at moving my account to a different bank.

Good place to bank greate rates very on the spot people only phone system stinks need improvement on call in waiting time other than that I love this credit union

They pushed a transaction through causing my account to go negative. Didnt have this issue with any of my previous banks.

Michaelin Was amazing, beyond amazing! As I was opening a bank account for the first time she was there to support any weird or crazy questions I had. I was really anxious at first but I felt at home when we started talking. She even gave me advice that will help me in the future. After our appointment I was still struggling to set up my account. She answered me very fast and checked up on my progress a day later! The experience here is something I won’t forget. Thank you!

After very bad experiences with a large local bank I was using, ATM error along with another issue regarding a simple money transfer; I determined I needed a bank I could TRUST!

I have had no problems here with one on one transactions.the personnel at this office have at times seemed to have gone out of their way to be helpful.

Well informed representatives make it easy to start a new account and to help with the process of transferring automatic deposits and withdraws. I do miss a little the personal transactions with a live teller, but the automated cash machines do have a personal interface to help with deposits and cash withdraws.

Minus 10000000 star. This place and this monster bank is eating people live. Misses my payment on an auto loan due to being overseas.
Walked into the place employees seem to have personal issues. Lady there seemed incapable of dealing with her cheap 100 dollars laptop she kept asking questions I ended up walking out after i discovered that she wasn’t cash advanced I told her in your dream.
Now I know why many people advised against finance with such place

Walk into this location when they open at 9 AM and you will still wait for a teller to come up on a digital screen all the way over in Blue Ash, then wait, then wait, then wait… while the bank location I am standing in is empty. No teller came online to actually help me, and the bank manager said there was nothing he could do to help me. They have no tellers at this location. Mason has tellers, but GE Credit Union has decided Liberty Township residents do not deserve the same level of service. So instead of depositing money into my GE account, I am going across town to another bank where someone can help me. This is Chase-Bank-style cost-cutting and low level customer service with my local credit union and it is highly disappointing.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE FAST AS YOU CAN THEY ARE REALLY A KOKE AND CERY RACIST BANK! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BANK EVER! The level of professionalism is in the ground! If you are a minority, please run! They were very rude and very unorganized. My attorney will definitely be getting a call about this bank.

Only reason they get two stars is because, once you get through their barriers to human contact, the humans seem to be nice folks. However, GECU's customer service model is a joke. Their offices are chronically understaffed. Be prepared for nightmarish wait times, no responses to calls, etc.

Staff was very helpful and the rates are better than most banks. I am glad I joined the GE Credit Union.
