Generals Ice Cream, Whitehouse OH

Great little ice cream place in Whitehouse OH. Just had hot fudge sundae to cool off today. If you want Orange Dole whip or Carmel Salted soft ice cream Generals have them. During Christmas in July Generals had vanilla, peppermint, marshmallow sundaes.

Nice ice cream stop in Whitehouse. Nice park and sitting area next to it. Great pumpkin ice cream they also have soft serve.

I asked for them to fill up my water bottle as I was not feeling well. I was riding my bike and still needed to get back to Maumee. They refused. I just felt bad at the time…. I did go to the public restroom to get water but I almost fainted walking there. I just wish they could have mercy and have an exception for someone not feeling well. Makes me not want to support this business. Just tell your employers to use common sense and be kind.

Great ice cream and great service. It's worth the drive if you are not from Whitehouse but from the surrounding area. Playground for kids across the street and bike/walking trail goes right by too.

Great customer service. We got there just after closing and they still made sure our daughter got some icecream. Everyone was very friendly.

A cute little ice cream place. They take credit/debit cards which is nice. It's right next to a beautiful little park and has plenty of space to play or sit outside and enjoy the day. I got a strawberry kiwi slushy which was more sour than I expected, but it was good!

Very friendly staff. Always clean. Reliable. Located on outskirts of village park. Good location.

The milkshake is just milk, with flavor.zzzzzzz worst milkshake i ever had around the area

The staff is always great and our kiddos love stopping at the park before or after we get a snack at General's. Definitely suggest stopping by!

Fast, friendly service, reasonable prices. Best peanut butter malt I've ever had, no exaggeration. This is my new favorite ice cream shop.

It's hard not to love this place- in the middle of a park, the girls running the counter are hard working and friendly, and they make sure your orders come out great. It's a Whitehouse staple!

Amazing ice cream, excellent staff.
Just needs a vanilla sugar free soft serve for my diabetic friends.:) other than that love this place!

The 2 girls working were very friendly, my order was prepared quickly and everything tasted amazing.
