13DJ came out late in the evening to work on my furnace that had stopped working and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He talked me through every step and showed me everything along the way. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their furnace.
Chris was very personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in a minimum amount of time and explained what he was doing. I definitely will request Chris if I have another plumbing problem.
Chris was super knowledgeable and got my disposal working quickly. He also let me know that Gene’s refrigeration is so much more than just plumbing. I’ll definitely be calling them back for HVAC/electrical! Thanks Chris!
When Josh broke our hearts and stopped doing service calls, we thought all was lost. That was until we met Ryan! Super punctual, very knowledgeable, extremely personable, and answered all the questions you could throw at him. Super excited to have our new regular tech!

I have been a Gene’s customer for 5 years. My furnace failed and DJ came out to troubleshoot within a few hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me options on replacements. He told me he would call me in the morning with more details. Which he did, right at 8am. I made a decision and DJ was at my house later that afternoon with a brand new furnace. He is a man of his word, thorough, and professional. Having no heat when it’s 20 degrees outside is a major inconvenience. DJ and Gene’s made sure that did not last long.
We lost heat in the house the day before Thanksgiving. I called around 9: 30 am and they were able to get Ryan out to our place within two hours of the call. He fixed the problem which was a good thing since we had 15 people coming over to the house later that day.
I have been with Gene's for over 20 years they are the best in my book. Tanner was excellent explaining the problem with my furnace. I appreciate quality work. Hard to find these days.

DJ was fantastic. Our furnace needed to be replaced. He explained all the options that we might need or want. Took the time to explain all the financing details and the install process. Very glad we chose Gene’s.
