GENJIGO, Reynoldsburg OH

The food here is amazing and the staff is so friendly and courteous. Our food was done quickly and I love their chicken and steak bowl. The steak was fully cooked, tender and had very little fat and grizzle. It was a wonderful experience. Now please open some in PA so I can still enjoy your wonderful food when I move.

The veggies are crisp and crunchy! But the steak is often very rare inside. I'm not a fan of rare steak. The shrimp also seems slightly undercooked. I wish they had egg rolls. Not much selection.

Hibachi is not my style of food but others chose this for a group lunch.
Tasty house made drink that were quite sweet. I had steak and shrimp with ginger dressing. Didn't get a lot of flavor from either protein. But it was a lot of food, for around $20.

Didn’t like it at all. The sever telling people to get in front of me made my stuff wrong and I didn’t get everyone in my bag

Extremely nice staff the girl at the front counter said it was her first day and she was nice and fun. She was amazing. Ticket on food says her name was Deanna, she definitely needs to be treated well by the company and keep her. She has a lot of potential

Always like genjigo fresh bowls made to order. I will say the past couple times the toppings to Rice ratio is off. I get alot I mean alot of rice but the toppings are the same as before. Parking lot is tight out front enough spots but the street side and store side are close together and 1 entrance to go in and out.

Normally very good but can no longer buy food here.

I tried to request the nutritional information for their menu at the store and the employees were clueless. Believing this to be required by the US FDA I contacted Genji on their website and they responded and less than 24 hours that they "do not fall under the federal requirements" for this.
Upon further research I see that that is true. They do not have enough locations to meet Federal requirements to provide that information upon request at the store. I then tried to request that information directly by email and after more than a week now they have failed to respond.
So therefore they basically refused to provide any evidence that their food is actually food.
My family normally likes their food and the service is always very good but trying to become more health conscious of the food that we eat I can no longer give them my business until they become more forthcoming with the quality of their product.
If they ever change their mind and decide to provide the nutritional information I hope to be able to return there in the future.

4 hibachi bowls served super quickly. Tender chicken, perfect shrimp. Sauces served on-the-side.

Haven’t been in a while but was hungry for Gengi. The food was not very good. Shrimp way over cooked and small, fried rice was like clumps of goo. Not sure I will visit this location again.

Far too highly priced for the portion and quality of food. I appreciate the simplistic menu, but it just wasn't very good. I've tried the tofu, and chicken. Neither felt worth the money.
