Gentle Family Dentistry-Jones Mark D DMD, Warren OH

One of the worst dentists I've been at. His cleaning girls are Great. I have no bad feelings towards them. He is a money greedy Dr. He has shown that in the past when license was taken away. Not 100% but that's what I was Told by people. Hearvssy but none the less objective to me. Then they drop ball on my tooth being fine by another dentist. Now Houston we have a problem. He is just in this for the fast girls great cleaning but I would pick a different Dr to work for. I guess I get it it's a Job. I do not recommend this Guy.

They are 10 stars, not just 5 stars. Dr. Jones, the nurses and staff are the nicest I have ever met. They were very nice and gentle and patient. The atmosphere was the best I have ever experienced in any kind of doctor’s office. I very highly recommend this place!

Dr Jones and his staff are wonderful. Very caring and take their time with u making sure ur comfortable. I also like the fact that they got me in quickly and I didn't have to wait forever for an appointment. Thank u all.

I just love the way that this office handles their patients. They are caring, and the Dentist is so nice. He takes his time with you and explains everything. The office is beautiful, and very clean. I have been looking for a great Dentist since I left Nevada, and it has taken almost 3 years to find it. How happy I am. LOL. Thanks to all of the employees for making us feel special.

Hi, I'm not sure about Dr. Jones ability to drill a cavity or fill a tooth. He might be great, but the way he treats his staff is terrible. The things he said to a young female employee were horrible. I just can't give my business to a terrible human being. As a father of three I found it very hard to control my anger at the time.

I have never been to a dentist and left with a positive experience to talk about EXCEPT for Dr. Jones. I was really trying to avoid dental work for months, but I had a lot of constant pain in the back of my mouth that radiated to the top of eyes and I couldn't avoid it anymore. So I went to Dr. Jones, got some antibiotics and as soon as I was done with them I got back into the office, and Dr. Jones had to extract my tooth. I did not even feel a pinch for the anesthesia and even though he said I would feel some pressure as he was pulling my tooth out he was done before I could even blink. And I did not feel a thing. Even my 10 year old loves going there for her cleanings. Definitely recommend 1000%.

Been coming here for two years now. Dr. Jones is very well and great. The staff here is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Jones to everyone I see.
