14Very narrow entrance/exit & yard. Did a live unload here; scheduled to pick up next day. Check-in woman was surly but told warehouse to load me a day early so.no over night parking however.
I really would give them no stars. My husband and I came on Friday 02/21/20 to pickup load it wasn't ready. Today is 02/23 and it's still not ready. Load has to deliver on Monday. Will not be coming here again.
Tanker unloading was on time and both safe and professional. Air unload at 15 psi, took about 2.5 hours.
Waited over an hour at the dock for one bundle of cardboard, it was a will call. Place is disgusting!

A couple employees just walked to their car complaining about something not being their job and somebody trying to play them. I imagine it's just a bunch of people inside standing around saying the same thing, that ain't MY job un uh y'all ain't gon play me.
Been here for 4 hours already and they haven't even started yet. What gives? Is now after 3pm. Been here since 10.30am. No respect about your time or your driving hours. Enough said.
Poor shipping service, been waiting at the dock 3.5 hours. Office has no organization, called from inside my truck 7 times back to back to receive a response. If you can avoid avoid them, the place is garbage, washroom has never been cleaned, the yard is full of potholes.
Maybe I get lucky my window was from 8am to 12am come at 9: 25 was out at 10: 15 for 170000 load
Initially we were hesitating to go to this shipper after reading all the bad comments about the shipper, but in contrast we had a easy in and out. We checked in 11: 00 am and got load by 11: 40 am. Maybe they changed after seeing all these bad reviews afterall.

It’s been 2 hours waiting for the dock. And there are 2 more trucks ahead of me and I don’t know when is my turn. So slow
Worst place, after waiting for hours they finally figured out that the load was not ready, and have no idea when it will be, office people don't know their job, it's just a waste of time drivers, avoid this please.
It is tough for production lines to deliver to trucks on time sometimes, very understandable. However, we drivers should be compensated for our time, Brokerage Bennett international/ Ronnie Mason are not paying us for a layover or detention (16 hours of loading time) 03/14-03/15/2018.
Will be avoiding the place, not because of shipper crew but Brokerage unfairness
Came in at 930 to pick the load up, they have the load but 2 people in office don't know what to do with it and they must wait for manager to come back from a meeting. Its been 90 minutes past that now so come DEC. 18th I am not coming here to waste my hours anymore. Lazy, unqualified and on top of that filthy wait room. On top of that, give up keys and wait inside.after 4 hrs they said they cant find the product and to leave
