We don't always get Geppettos I don't know why because it's always a good deal picked it up yesterday and we were very Happy made the right choice

Ever since they changed the sausage.this pizza used to be the best, Now they're just mediocre at best.

Never answered there phone what kind of pizza place don't answer phones bad for business if you ask me

Used to be great sevice and food the last couple months whoever they hired is horrible wings are sloppily thrown together no sauce at all just covered in hot seasoning and that is their bbq wings sandwhiches are just slopped together. The "manager" jess has no customer service skills and doesn't seem to know how to handle simple processes or make most items on the menu other than pizza

Love their pizza. I get them for the family almost every week. Can't beat the price and Norm the driver is super friendly! Great neighborhood business

Great pizza, prices are the best in town for pickup orders. The sauce tends to be a little sweeter, which I LOVE, but if that's not your style they have other yummy food too!

I am so disapointed in the expierence we had Saturday evening. We called and order pizza then after an hour and half waiting we called to see what the delay is the people were so rude. They said we had hung up on them earlier so they never started the order. I in all these years have never had a bad expierence until now. You would think they would have offered to send it on the house after their worker didn't have a clue. My mom had a problem with them a couple months ago and the owner offered to replace the order but when she called to order it the wife said she would have to pay for it. I feel like it's going downhill. I have been going here for years. My mom too. Absolutely disappointed.

I have to start off by saying that I’m honestly a picky person and sometimes not easily pleased. However, the last few times I’ve ordered from this geppettos I have been so pleased with service, quality of food and cleanliness! They’re so busy and understaffed at time but they still accommodate customers without making someone feel bad for little requests. I truly appreciate them and I wish them much success! Keep up the good work!

Yummmmmm pretty good place wish they would offer more deals though especially on the wings why so pricey when there's a bunch of bars in the area that offer more wings for a better deal? I'm just saying. I love chicken

Food isn't bad, but let's talk about customer service. Attitude from the girls here is as nice as their store is clean.

We had ordered food through beyondmenu on 4/26/2018. First when we called to see where our order was the lady who answered the phone had a nasty attitude and was rude, then they screwed up our entire order and there were items missing, and the food was so horrible we couldn't finish it, just disgusting and no effort put into it. I don't recommend getting food from here don't waste your $.

Wow at least I'm not the only one who thought the lady who picked up the phone had a funky attitude. I asked what size order of wing they had and couldn't really hear her and I said 13 she responded with a attitude (I DIDN'T SAY 13). So I told her f*@k the order and hung up rude ass if u don't like where you work stop working there.
So they need to tell her it is not what you say but how you say it.

These were the worst ribs I have ever had. They were over cooked and tasted like rubber. When I went back and told the owner he instantly go an attitude with me he is very rude most normal people would have just gave me the money back but he just wanted to argue with me and tell me ho good they are. I agree with the other guy that wrote a review. It won't let you leave a minus star. I am definitely going to call the BBB.

Overall good pizza with an amazing buttery, flakey crust but when you order the sheet the middle doesn't get done enough and it turns out kinda doughy. Could have used more toppings and cheese as well.

Pizza not that good, and the ribs were below par. My advice give them a try if you are not happy get the prepared ribs at Giant Eagle a mile south on Ridge Rd.

Was reccomeded to me by a friend. Came here and got my favorite pizza cooked with perfection and 10 super hot wings! I like my pizza a little extra crispy so all you have to do is put in a special instruction and they'll do whatever you like and however you want it. Great place!

Amazing pizza. Fresh salads. Perfect ribs. Everything was perfect. Ordered for my daughters graduation party. 5 stars.

Cheap tastless pizza.i did not kno I had to ask for cheese on a peproni pizza.i will never eat at this gepttos ever again.its just this one it seems any other gepttos is awsome

Folks.quiet possibly the worse food EVER. I ordered a medium burger with something they called cheese and dried up mushrooms.cooked so long it was very dry and tasteless.so bad, i gave it to my dig.she sniffed it and pushed it away.then, we had ordered homemade potato chips.funny as they looke like fries.ugh.and they were freezer burned also.then we had cheesy bread.wow.bland, imitation cheese.folks STAY AWAY!

I love the atmosphere at this Geppetto's! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendliest workers. Their prices cant be beat. I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed in the food or customer service.
