My dentist sent me to see Dr. Bruno for a consultation. I had swelling and pain from an infection that I needed to have evaluated. I was so grateful that they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Everybody was super warm, friendly and very professional. I felt well taken care of, like I was a regular. We decided to extract the tooth that was giving me trouble and Dr. Bruno and his staff made it possible to do it right then and there. It was very quick and easy. If you are looking for an oral surgeon, look no further and call Dr. Bruno.

Surgurey went well I only had two wisdom teeth with issues and they told me if I didn't have all 4 teeth done at the same time insurance probably wouldnt cover it of I had to have them done later. After the sirgurey I had insurance issues and after 6 months of Bill's being partially paid and 2 phone calls with insurance brunos sent my bill to collections amd didnt call me once. Now they wont even talk to my insurance. They didnt even call me once about it. I had todo part of their job for them. Will not go back to a place that doesn't respect their customers

My dentist sent me to Dr Bruno for an implant. The process was pretty easy. Everything happened just as they explained to me and I am very happy with the outcome.

Beware of billing. They will send you bills months after the procedure without letting you know that You owe anything. I was told on the day of the procedure that I had paid in full and then 6 months later was hit with another bill. Terrible customer service

Awesome office staff. Dr is funny & made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend this office for any oral surgery procedures.

I love the staff at Dr. Bruno's including him. They have been remarkably kind and he did an amazing job on my surgery. I can finally look up and not see double vision anymore since my accident. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great people there!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted here and the experience was great! The staff was really nice and helpful as well!

Very trustworthy and nice. Neither time I went to him did I have any problems.the last time he removed all of my teeth in preparation for dentures.

I was in to see Dr. Bruno to have my wisdom teeth removed and I was very nervous. Sam helped with any concern I had before and after the surgery. She is very knowledgeable and caring both before and after you are under the care of Dr. Bruno! The procedure went beautifully and I have had no problems since.

Great experience with Dr. Bruno and his staff! I received a call the same day I had my procedure from the office following up on how I was doing and they answered all of the questions and concerns I had.

I had a tooth extraction and implant at Dr. Bruno's office and the overall experience was great from start to finish. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and informative on all of the steps that went into the actual procedure. Dr. Bruno is very knowledgeable in his work and is very good at translating that to the patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering any type or oral or maxillofacial procedure.

I had nothing a but a positive experience with Dr. Bruno and his staff! I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and had very little pain post surgery and no pain after a few days. Dr. Bruno is amazing at what he does!

Dr. Bruno is a very respectable surgeon, I was nothing but pleased with the implant I received and the whole process that went into leading up to it.

My son came into Dr. Bruno's office for a follow up after having his wisdom teeth removed and during the Jaw Physiotherapy he had a syncope episode and office manager Sam jumped into action taking all proper steps in ensuring the safety of my son. I was at work when this occurred and Sam took it upon herself to call me and explain the situation and advised me to come get my son as they were not comfortable with him driving. They then called later that day to check on him. The experience I received at this office exceeded my expectations!

Dr. Bruno and his staff always offer a warm welcome upon entering the office and continue to care for you throughout your entire experience with them. Highly recommend!

The actual experience in the office and surgery was great. Dr. Bruno made the experience very comfortable and as enjoyable as it could have been. Surgery staff was accommodating and helpful. However, unfortunately the experience following the surgery has been less than desirable. I am not exaggerating when I say I have had to call this office over 10 times over the past few months trying to figure out the insurance claim and the refund that we are owed. Please not my surgery was done on March 1st and we are now at the end of August. After my surgery I had to call this office about 4 times because my insurance company claimed they didn’t receive the final request from this office. Finally in May it was sorted out and we received a breakdown from the insurance saying we overpaid by about $250. I then called the office to ask when we could expect a refund. I was told 90 days, which is understandable and fine. Last week I called to then follow up on the status of this. I was told I would get a call back the next day. Never did. Called back 3 days later (not so happy at this point) and was told I would get a call back that afternoon. Never did. Just called this afternoon and was told the same thing that I would get a call back and I said that wasn’t good enough because I haven’t been getting called back when we simply want to know the status of what is going on. I was told “they have been very busy and have catching up to do”. I was then put on hold only to then be told they haven’t heard anything from my insurance since May. However, we have all of the information from the insurance company. It’s quiet ridiculous in my opinion that someone simply cannot give a quick call back to give some type of update. I have never had to call any office this many times over the span of 6 months in my life just to get nowhere. Believe it or not the insurance company has been easier to communicate with which we all know is rare. I felt I needed to write this because I feel like they have no only been lacking communication, the woman I spoke to last week was plain rude. I am sure I would be getting calls back if money was owed to them. They claim they will call me back tomorrow but I’m not holding my breath. Who has time to call an office multiple times per week. Sounds like they are taking too many patients and once the surgery is over and they have your money you don’t matter much. Excuse after excuse when all it would have taken was some simple communication from their "office manager" Sam (who also does surgeries as well?). Worst experience I have had with a business in my 31 years of existence.

If you want a doctor and staff who are tremendous at what they do, this is the office to go to! Very caring, compassionate, and explained everything about the procedure in depth. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I reviewed several months ago and gave a 5 star because I had work done there with no issues, brought my son in with no issues with the surgery, but the billing was awful. I kept saying I didn't understand how most of my son's procedure could have been denied by the insurance company, when my went so well. WELL, needless to say, 1 year later, I start receiving a bill for my procedure! My son's was done 6 mos after mine, they turned it in, and my insurance denied most of it right away. I fought and got some of it handled with the insurance, but most of it was out of my pocket. I no sooner get my son's closed out and now I am hit with another $1600 bill for my procedure. Had I had known my stuff was not covered I would have never brought my son there. I was told back in Dec 2017 my procedure was approved. I paid close to $700 when it was done in Jan 2018. My first bill from the office was Feb 2019. I looked back in my history from insurance and it was denied 9 mos after it was done, in October 2018, about the same time I was fighting my son's bill. When I called, they gave me no explanation. More of like, sorry, but you owe it so. I have called again to try and get more information to fight with my insurance company, but they have not called me back or gave me any additional information to try and overturn, but they keep billing me $1600. IF you decide to go here, please call the insurance company yourself. Even on their bill it showed they tried to call my insurance company back in Dec 2017, but did not talk to a representative. So, the whole, approved and good to go was BS. Now I am stuck with another huge bill from this office with really no explanations but that "your insurance doesn't always cover all the items. " Funny that two procedures that were done there the insurance company stated both times they used unnecessary measures.

Dr. Bruno and his staff are wonderful people. Very informative and professional from start to finish. Dr. Bruno made my son feel at ease for his procedure. Lori was helpful with all things insurance and billing related. Would highly recommend this office.

If I could give less than one star I would. I got my wisdom teeth out Friday (they were all impacted) and I am STILL in excruciating pain.almost 7 days later and it’s only getting worse. Every time I call/or go into the office they disregard how much pain I am in. When I did go in so Dr. Bruno could check my mouth his advice to help my pain was to do “jaw physiotherapy” and left. I am now having to make follow up appointments with another doctor.
