5 I'm sharing this for my grandmother, Colleen.
I originally visited Gerber's to receive an estimate where someone had hit the front end of my car. Heather Fouch came out to look at it and then went in to get one of the guys. He came out and checked over the damage before fixing everything right there. He even went as far as to take off my license place and fixed the damage to that as well. I was expecting to have to do a claim through my insurance, but they were so incredibly kind and helpful and fixed everything without doing an insurance claim. I highly recommend their services and I thank them for taking care of me.
Well I scheduled an appointment and went in and they didn't so disappointed
Sonny was amazing to work with. We had an unfortunate situation with a rental vehicle we own and thru the frustration Sonny kept me in the loop thru the whole process. Also took care of an older situation with our vehicle with no problem. Truly a standup guy and business. Highly recommend this location!
This place is awesome to work with! They had my vehicle repaired in a timely manner, provided updates during the repair process, and even had the car cleaned and looking new again when I came to pick it up! Will use them again in the future
They wanted to do about $2500 more replacement work than what was needed. Seems very shady. Took 2 weeks to get a rim, tire and alignment.
