7I am absolutely pleased with the work they did on my 21 Subarau Ascent! It's always heartbreaking to come out to your vehicle in a parking lot and see the side smashed in! They took care of me in a very timely manner, they keep contact twice a week with updates, either by phone or text, whichever you choose. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The paint was done to notch with a perfect fade into the preexisting paint. I can't see it at all. Looks like it did rolling off the lot a few years ago. I will come to them with all my vehicles in the future without hesitation. I'm so glad they were in my network through USAA. Highly recommend!

They quickly took care of an issue that came up related to a repair done nearly a year ago. No hassles. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.
This was my second experience with Gerber and it was just as pleasant as the first. How do you deny service when you already have payment? ! Was told they were not taking new claims from USAA yet they have had my money since October. It is February now!
Do not take your vehicle to Gerber Collison my car has been in the shop for over a month for a minor fender bender this place is a joke!
If you need auto body work done this is the place to go. Very professional work and they go above and beyond!
