Sold me the wrong oil filter. I even questioned them at the counter and I was assured they pulled the correct filter. Big difference between spin on and cartridge.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Did alot of the purchase online. When I arrived they made sure to not waste my time and did not push anything on me. I was out in no time.very happy with my purchase.

I personally, bought my new Atlas of Germain Volkswagen, but I can tell you, you will not be disappointed with Germain. They have the biggest inventory count on the east coast, and are happy to serve you. Keep in mind, you do have to book an appointment, but they never have a "line" for appointments. Very exceptional service and I would definitely come back.

The service techs were very nice and made sure to explain things that were wrong with the car in detail, but in a way so that I could understand what they were talking about. The service guys who did the work on the car made sure to keep the inside clean and not to get grease everywhere. They have a waiting room available, so that you can sit and wait for your car in comfort. It had nice comfortable furniture, free coffee and water, an espresso bar, a snack machine, and cable television. They gave me an estimated time in which i could expect the car to be done, and it was done not long after that time. I would recommend Germain to anyone looking to have service work done to their vehicle.

Nothing was clearly marked! Seen their sign saying Cars $5000 and under. But couldn't find 1 clearly marked in the price range as advertised. Felt like I was on a goose chase. No, help from salespeople as I watched others being helped.

Got 2 cars from the subaru dealer in this automall with good vibes. BUT this place is huge with all the brands and styles you could ask. If your shopping this really should be a first stop to at least see what you really like!

They will do whatever they can to get money out of you. If you decide not to have them do the repairs for your car, they will do all they can to delay giving you the vehicle key back.

Justin was absolutely amazing! I have been searching for over a year for a Honda Civic with no luck. Dealerships wanted more money down, wanted my credit score higher, my payments were outrages, there was always something wrong no matter where I went. Not only did I walk away with my own car I DIDNT NEED A CO SIGNER EITHER! He made my first car purchasing experience so smooth, and enjoyable! STRESS FREE! I would recommend him to everyone and anyone!

Good variety of vehicles if you don't need luxury brands in your selection. Met quite a few knowledgeable and helpful people. Except the KIA dealership. Why KIA. Why?
They act like used-car salesman from the 80s.

I went with my wife to get her Elantra fixed. The service manager approached us to let us know the issues. He proceeds tell me about what they need to do and I had to stop him. I told him "Ask and talk to my wife. It's her car! " The car is in her name. I had to walk away to make sure he was talking to her directly. After the work was done. He once again approached me to tell me how much the total cost was and what they did. He then just waved to my wife. She then walks up to the cashier and pays the bill for her car. He was wrong on many levels. UPDATE: After getting new brakes, rotors, low air sensor, (4) new tires and an alignment. Now the low tire pressure light is on and all tires are at the proper tire pressure. Now.back to the dealership so they can fix it right! It's not the first time we have had issues with tires and the warning light with them.

New car service visit. It took less time than estimated. There was complementary coffee and water as well as popcorn. Plenty of room in the waiting area.

Great Place to find your Dream Car. I found mine at Toyota at HAtfield Automall in 2015 and it still running til this day. Many Variety of Vehicles and all types of Vehicles from Used to Certified to Brand New Vehicles. Check them out!

We went to Toyota Hatfield to replace our truck that we also purchased at Toyota. We always seem to get good service. The people are very friendly as well.

We have purchased 3 different vehicles there, however the service dept is crooked. I had my wife's vehicle in for an issue while out. I spent $123 on a check to find the problem. They diagnosed it as needing the lifters sent out. They said it would cost over $1,500 as we did not have an e tended plan. Had to tell the advisor we DID have a plan and it was purchased at THIS DEALERSHIP when we bout the car there. Ended up taking it to another dealer, also KIA, it was diagnosed as absolutely nothing wrong with the lifters. They found the pro lemon as a timing chain. We will NEVER EVER purchase OR suggest anyone to purchase there. I have spoken with numerous other former buyers through various conversations and they experienced similar issues/problems. They also purchased their replacement vehicles at other KIA dealers in the Columbus, OH and surrounding area.

Absolutely wonderful people and service. This is the first dealership in all my years of owning cars that has provided me with excellent sales and service without a hassle. Definitely recommend Hatfield Volkswagen!
