From the moment we inquired about a new car until we signed the papers, Germain Subaru's customer service was outstanding. Aaron went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the price and quality of our purchase. He kept us in the loop with weekly updates in regards to the delivery of our vehicle and patiently explained the amenities after our purchase. We highly recommend Aaron and Germain Subaru.

Nick was our sales guy when purchasing a Crosstrek Sport. He took care of all our needs, was informative and even discussed the pros and cons of leasing (in todays environment) vs purchase/financing! He made the entire experience quick and painless. Highly recommend Germain Subaru - and ask for Nick when you walk in! Love the car as well!

Bought a car there when you just ordered it and it came 8 weeks later. Best experience I have had since I didn't have to deal with sales people or finance goons. Once they have your address you can expect them to send you 3-4 flyers a week that you have to dispose of. If you call and ask them to stop they ignore your request.

Then they say to call them but don't give a direct line and you get ignored even further.

We bought a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Jamal at Germain Subaru. The whole process was wonderful from beginning to end. Jamal kept us updated on approximate delivery date and final delivery date. He was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and informed throughout the whole buying process. This was our second purchase from Germain Subaru, and we were highly satisfied both times!

Brody at Germain Subaru of Columbus was awesome to work with. He sold me a 2024 Outback Wilderness and I love my new car. Brody was professional, attentive, courteous and very thorough. He spent a lot of time showing us around, going for a test drive and explained everything in detail. Do yourself a favor and ask for Brody if you’re going to Germain Subaru at Georgesville Rd. You won’t be disappointed.

Val was great and the whole team and Nate got me into the Ascent I wanted even with my weird situation. I tried to buy one a few months ago but there was an issue with my old car and me needing to return it to the old dealer. They helped me through it and waited patiently for me. There were other ascents I liked from other places but chose to pick one from them because I felt like I could trust them. Would recommend!

What an absolute horrid place! They know nothing about customer service nor kindness at this location. Rude from the get go. They want your info immediately without even answering your questions. I asked them to hold off because I was simply checking if the car I wanted was even on the lot. The guy threw his phone on the table and started aggressively typing and huffing under his breath. The new manager then tried to work some numbers to get me to pick a car coming in a few days later, when the prior guy came back with those numbers I expressed that I was just looking at the same car for much cheaper and less cost for their package deal, so I’d probably want to go back to the other location since they didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot. He shoved the papers across the table and yelled “THEN GO BACK TO THE OTHER PLACE” and started to walk off. Keep in mind this was a less than 5 min interaction from start to finish. They didn’t waste any time to be acting that rude, but even if they spent more time that’s uncalled for! The time prior that I stopped in I had a very similar experience, where the guy showing me the car was rude and didn’t care if I bought it or not, didn’t show me any features. Etc.which was why I didn’t want to go back in the first place but the hunt was on, ya know. However I’m sooooooo thankful I didn’t give them my money because the awesome Subaru location in Dublin did AMAZING and was incredibly helpful and just all together great energy. So I bought a brand new Subaru Outback for $38,000 and I’m glad the money went to a well deserving salesperson. So like I told the horrible guy what a great way to lose a customer after he argued with me about my resistance to give him my info being his reason for slamming phones and pushing papers across the table. This tiny man along with other people there need new jobs. I honestly don’t know why the peeps at this location hate their job so much. But I’m a happy customer nonetheless because I didn’t buy anything from them. I would recommend the same for everyone else! Take your business elsewhere!

After having a less than favorable experience at other dealerships, Jamal and Germain Subaru of Columbus showed us immediately that they were committed to getting me into the car I wanted! Jamal and the rest of the staff maintained excellent communication throughout the buying process, and any time I had questions they promptly addressed them and made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant buying experience!

About two months ago, I purchased a used 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership. I live out-of-state and purchased the car while passing through the state of OH because it seemed like a good deal. I have nothing to compare the experience to as I've never been to a dealership before. However, the process was straightforward enough, financing terms were explained clearly to me, and I felt satisfied with the deal I got overall.

Edit: An issue with the condition of the vehicle's tires surfaced just a couple of days ago which left me dissatisfied, but the dealership was quick to make this right which I appreciate greatly! I went the dealership route in case an issue like this surfaced and I am glad I did as their service is amending the issue was second to none!:)

Worked with Lori Glick at this Subaru location and she was great. She was not pushy and was very knowledgeable about the cars. Inventory of some cars was low because of how quickly they were selling them. I will say if you are buying or leasing new, Subaru in general does not budge on the price of their cars. What the tag says is what you pay. I believe this fairly typical of Subaru and does not have anything to do with this location. The car I purchased has been great. The Subarus have a lot more standard features than say 5 years ago. So the lack of price negotiation was not a deal breaker for me. However, it may catch people off guard if they haven't looked at Subarus before.

UPDATE: I am on my 3rd Subaru lease with Lori Glick at this location and still love working with her. She is always upfront and kind. I plan to continue working with Lori on future leases and would recommend her to a friend. 10/10 service.

This is our 2nd purchase from Germain Subaru and we are VERY pleased with the purchase process
Our product specialist Leo Ky was fantastic and did everything he could to help us find the car we wanted and make sure we were happy. And Nate Arrowood guided us through the signing the myriad of necessary documents.
