Cary is great.he was able to get my A4 performing like new again. Repairs were done correctly and properly.
Many who own these cars know how complex they are to work on, German auto pros clearly states what is needed and the cost up front. Repairs and timing belt service were done correctly and professionally. They know alot about Audis! Friendly staff, knowledgeable as well.
I would highly recommend anyone with an Audi/VW who needs service to come and see GAP. They will get your car running great again.
If I ever need service again, I will be calling them no question about it!

The people are what make this place, have had my car serviced twice there. The second time was during exceptional circumstances and they accommodated me and more. Extremely professional and kind staff!

Brought car in for some easy repairs, couple struts and a wheel bearing. They made the repairs just fine and rather quick, but upon further inspection once returned home, I found a sensor wire mended, and my brakes squeaking. Brakes were just replaced within the last two months and found someone clipped/modified the metal backing plate on one of the pads.

Cary The German Auto Pros team are simply the best. They took great care of my 2010 GTI and seem to know all kinds of German vehicles, new and old.

This is a great small business that offers a service that in my opinion beats the stealerships by a mile. They work on stock and heavily modded vehicles alike; their lot is fun to checkout when dropping off or picking up. They also offer special COVID services like non contact drop off, payment and pickup.

They have earned my business for life as far as I’m concerned, and I don’t live near by.

Hands down the best automotive shop I've been to. Fast and everything was done right. Definitely will not be taking my VWs anywhere else thanks again guys.

Sometimes you almost forget what a business should be ran like. German Auto was a positive reminder for me. There was good customer service etiquette, smiling faces, and a customer friendly atomoshpere. These people are amazing! Great service, courteous and caring. Rob and Cary made sure that I was taken care of when I had my vehicle's aftermarket parts installed. Their service is skilled and fueled by their passion for these cars. I will be going back for more service for sure!

GERMAN PROS good honestly services in march 2017 they change the timing belt water pump termostat and flush the radiator and in July 2017 they install new rear bearing and the rear breaks in 1 day I have to do the front bearing and the front breaks now in September 2017 and put a new battery so my Volkswagen Jetta 2012 with 95,000 miles will be ready for winter, This is a shop you can trust

Went in the other day to get a VAGCOM reading for my jetta 1.8t and the guys there were extremely friendly and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Furthermore, they didn't even charge me for the scan. Great group of guys and I definitely plan on coming back soon! 10/10

I installed my own timing belt on my VW Jetta TDI and made a mistake. German Auto Pros bailed me out at a fair price.

I needed an electronic valve replaced on my exhaust and they provided fast and quality service at a fair price.

I just bought a new Jetta as an outcome of the VW emissions scandal and I will go here when I need service.

Really nice place. Lady on the fron desk along with the guy were very polite.
Quoted me 120$ when all others 300-550$ for the same work.
Left my car on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday as discussed, job on the car was done right without any doubts, everything was 100% fixed.
Lady called me and let me know the car was ready for pick up.
The only thing i can't get why you guys don't do engine rebuilds (the only part disappointed me).
The car is mercedes SUV.

Don't we all dream of a really good and really honest mechanic for our vw cars? That's exactly what I found. I brought my GTI with a humming sound thinking that a wheel bearing is worn (my p zero tires only have 20k miles in them). Surprisingly, they didn't BS me at all. One hour later the word was that your bearings are fine. Your tires suck. They charged me nothing. That's how you get a new loyal customer.

The prices are so much better then going to Volkswagen and the tram couldn't be any better at what they do! They complete the job in a short amount of time, guarantee there products and treat the customer with great respect! The women that answers the phone couldn't be any sweeter, she's just a big bundle of joy!

I have been taking my car to German Auto Pros for a few years now. It started out with just oil changes, but now they have been doing all my repairs. They are super friendly, professional, and fast! It's a bit far from where I live, and taking it to the dealership would be much more convenient. However, I really trust them and prefer their service over my dealer! I should also mention that their prices are very fair and are much more affordable than other places. I'm very happy!

The best shop in the area if you own a German car. Cary is a fantastic mechanic and his guys there are all top caliber. And Susie the woman at the front desk is a ray of sunshine like I have never seen. I strongly suggest this shop to any and all VW, Audi, Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes owners.
