Nice place. This park is quite big and very well maintained. One of 5-River Metros best in my opinion. Unfortunately, although the niceness is nice, it also makes the park very popular, so if seclusion is what you seek, Germantown wouldn't be my first choice. The highlight to me, is a lil gem of a trail known as the Twin Valley Trail. The TVT runs through Germantown and Twin Creek Metro Park connecting the two in a really cool way. The TVT was my first overnight backpack trip. The trail is a fantastic way to learn this area!

I wanted to like this place. It’s quire nice to look at on the trail. There were a few points where the signs didn’t actually tell you which direction you needed to
go to stay on track at a split. Once it actually pointed in the wrong direction, and only realized it once I came across a road when the trail map I looked at before showed no such thing. This could be a really nice place if that was fixed.

I'm from Michigan and love hiking. But there is nothing there to compare! The variety of terrain and trails never get old. I love Dayton and all the metroparks️️ I love Ohio! ️️

The trails with very old trees are so worth a visit. It's Nature at its best. You can tell by the leaning trees that these are energy hotspots to enjoy. Explore multiple trails, look out points, and great camping grounds.

Fantastic trails and very well marked! The orange trail is clearly longer than it is marked as, by at least a couple of miles.

This is one of my favorite trails. Birds, beautiful paths and walkways and it is always well kept.

It was a nice, cool day. Gorgeous creekside park for my break on my route. I hiked the 121 stairs up to the top of the dam and then back down.

GREAT PLACE TO TAKE THE FAMILY TO SEE THE CHANGING OF THE LEAVES. THE SEASON CHANGE IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR. THEY HAVE TRAILS TO GO HIKING. A CREEK TO GO WADING IN TO COOL OFF IN THE SUMMER AND DO SOME FISHING. JUST GET OUT OF THE HOUSE AND SPEND TIME WITH MORHER NATURE AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THEY DO HAVE BATH ROOMS AND PIC NIC TABLES. I LOVE GOING ON A HIKE AND HAVING A PIC NIC DURING THE HIKE.

3+ mile bike ride path which is nice and scenic. I would recommend to folks looking for a peaceful walk, run or bike. Wish though that trail was longer.

The trails are clear and easy to moderate. I stayed at the Oak Ridge back country campsite. The campsite is clean and section A has a nice overlook view of a creek.

Love the trails here. The old growth forest along the orange or yellow trails is terrific. I love bringing my dog here.

It was always a nice park but now that they don't mow as much as they used to, it looks like an abandoned field with some picnic tables.

5 Rivers Metroparks keep the grounds and trails well maintained. Love all the different trails heads and pull off sites. The White and Pink trail are my favorite!
