Get Air Columbus, Hilliard OH

This is by far the best get air i’ve brought my kiddos to! It is VERY clean, the employees are super nice and fun, they actually play and interact with the kids! My two boys have made a bestfriend with one of them,:)

I was a 1st timer and took my family along for a little fun. I dealt with Gabe as my 1st point of contact at this business. Gabe was a top notch representative for the company. Extremely professional and polite and he answered any question I could throw at him. Due to Gabe I will definitely make sure to return. He has locked in my business!

I got a season pass. And I see Rick quite often. He’s always super friendly as are all the other staff members. Above and beyond customers service.

I changed my mind because I gave O star, Last Sunday the pple Front desk Was rude, my kids liked and says we need to go back, i met Jamei she was nice and professional,

Besides it being crowded and having quite a few teens rough housing, staff did a great job of keep things rolling, removing rough teens, and making sure everyone was having a good time. Nice place to throw a party and prices are decent.

Very Disappointed when we went a few weeks back, thought it was gonna be like the one we went to in Florida but the difference is immensely different. This place was dirty and did not look well maintained at all, many parts of the place was broken and had a weird smell to the whole entire place. No one was there when our family of 4 went so we got the two hr one but not worth the e money so boring

This is our favorite of all the Jump places and Ninja gyms. They have the best prices too for parties, and their party hosts have always been super nice to us. Trampoline dodgeball is insane fun, even for parents!

Rick made our trip there very fun and my son had a blast because of his kindness. This place is the best and the people are always friendly!

I have never thought this place was all that great, but my kids loved it so we kept going back. I have always thought it was dirty and smelled funny, but it's something to do on a rainy day. After today we will not be going back and will go to other parks in the area. I have a 2 and 5 year old and we have always been able to jump and use the entire park. Always! Today we were told that my youngest would have to stay in the toddler area, which is impossible for being by myself. He doesn't like that toddler area anyway. It's Boring to him. I had to leave with a crying kid because he wasn't getting to jump and a 5 year old saying that guy is mean. I Jump with my kids and they have no problem with crazy older kids jumping around them. Inconsistent rules ruined my kids day and wasted an hour of our time.

Just had my daughters party there and it was amazing! Everyone had a great time! Griffin was our party host and he is the best! Request him if you can you won’t be disappointed! He is so helpful!

Fun times for kiddos. Minimal feet smell surprisingly. Could use an adult area with beverages and TVs for football Sunday.

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our daughters birthday a fun and memorable experience! It was definitely worth the money and we can’t wait to come back. Shout out to Griffin for being an awesome party host!

Colored people don’t get greeted. There’s never anyone to supervise the smaller area. They don’t keep big kids out of the toddler area. The bathroom never has hand soap or hand napkins.

This is a very good place to have party's and just a place for a good time! My son had a very fun time with his friends here and I totally recommend, it’s a lot better than all the other trampoline parks we have been to!

We love Get Air! Weekday mornings are usually not too busy, even in the summer. Shout out to Wes for helping me out today when my debit card was acting up. The kids had a blast, as always. We will be back soon!

This place was not very clean and it smelled like a boy's locker room. Would recommend you go to fieldhouse at Polaris before going here

My daughter like Get Air more than other trampoline parks. They have several trampoline mats, foam pits, a basketball court mat, an obstacle section and small jumpers closed off area.

There is a seating space for adults to supervise and wait on their jumpers as well.

We go there often and would definitely go again soon. Last time we went on a Saturday and after 7 or 8 pm they turned down the lights and had a light show for the jumpers.

We were kicked out for nothing we were the ones being yelled at and then got kicked out for talking back which we just dancing and we never got our full refund
