Rude as hell, said good morning 3 times before man at counter said anything at all then girl said to tone it down when he couldnt get the cigarette order right! Wont be back! Again rude as hell.girl threw a paper bag at me when I asked for a bag for 9 packs of smokes. Who hires these people?

If I can give this place a zero I would! The manager, Latesha, is the laziest person I have ever come across. It will be product such as ice or beer that needs to be stocked for purchase and she will not put it out! She won’t even let her staff go get it. Her customer service is horrible and so is her attitude. I will never go there again and if this is an example of what you hire, then Giant Eagle should be ashamed!

Just as the past reviewers stated, the "Manager" is the rudest, laziest and nasty employee there. I stopped in to pick up a few things and the coolers were almost empty but you can see stock behind them. So I asked if they could grab something for me, the "manager" very rudly told me "NO! The cooler is blocked so we can't get in. " I looked at her and started to ask her something and she just repeated the same thing again louder. So I said ok and walked out.

I'm not sure who is running this store, but the manager needs to go. All the employees are on phone calls all day while ringing people out, watching movies, yelling at customers, and not stocking anything. My family and I will never go back there again. I will gladly drive the extra 5 or 10 minutes to go to BP or Speedway.

Getting run down, the pumps have graffiti and missing paint. It's easy to get in and out unless it's busy. The store is just okay, basic snacks and beers to grab.

A heavy set lady of color with red hair is rude. I will not give that station one penny of my money ever again. She mumbles under her breath but so you can hear and acts like it hurts her to do a transaction. I gave her lottery cards and said can I play these please. She said you know you can play these in the machine.she will be leaning over the counter conversing about her personal life to someone and totally ignore you. I will NOT go there again even if I have to pay more elsewhere. SO RUDE AND IGNORANT NEEDS FIRED this about the 4th and last time I will be treated like that

The " manager " very heavy set with red hair who is always complaining about her job and completely unprofessional to costumers needs to go! I along with others are going to corporate on her. This has gone too far. The swearing and making racist comments to customers is it for us! And the way she treats my 18 year old daughter because she's white. She calls everyone entitled! What a miserable lady and corporate needs her gone. I'm working on it.

Staff very unprofessional. Nasty attitudes. Tried using bathroom and the female at the register rolled her eyes and told me it was down for maintenance. Every time I come inside there they are hiding in back room. Needs new management

HORRIBLE customer service. I do package deliveries in the area and when I attempt to use the restroom today (this has happened multiple times), the lazy staff say "closed for maintenance". Today is Sunday Feb 19,2023. Whomever the lazy staff is working today at 12: 15pm need to be retrained in customer service. I stood there having to pee so bad, I was the first in line and the rude people behind the counter stood there talking to one another, completely ignoring not only myself but the other customers waiting in line. So I took the money I was going to buy gas, etc with and will spend it somewhere my business is appreciated. Rude and lazy staff work here anymore. Smh. 0 stars would have been more appropriate.
