I purchased a matrix A30 Ascent trainer. The salesman, Chris Shaw, was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what would give me the best result on the level of training that would best fit my needs. It was delivered and put together in a timely manner. They also walk me through an orientation on how to use the equipment. This made me very happy.

My wife and I purchased a Matrix A50 Ascent Trainer from Scott A.
We walked in knowing we wanted an elliptical, but not knowing what kind.
Scott took his time to walk us through the in’s and out’s, and pro’s and con’s of all of the ellipticals on the market.
After he explained things to us, he walked away and let us make our own decisions as to what we wanted.

Chris Shaw was very personable, knowledgeable, and so attentive to our needs and wants. He listened to what we wanted and gave us many choices. We had other questions and ideas on equipment we would like to have and Chris gave us great advice on the right way we needed to proceed for us to get the best that would help us in our fitness endeavors. We are looking so forward to getting our treadmill delivered and using our stretch bands that will complete our needs at this time. We will definitely contact Chris down the road for another piece of equipment.

Wonderful shopping experience. After having owned and replaced throw away workout equipment (stationary bike and rowing machines) for years it's nice to finally have a quality well built piece of fitness equipment. I bought a treadmill this past Monday to assist with the difficulties of maintaining running during the statewide shutdown of nonessential businesses including fitness centers. (I don't enjoy running outside during very inclement weather.)
