New to Columbus and nervous, but Crystal gave me exactly what I asked for, was super knowledgeable about her products and techniques, and my hair looks healthier for it. She’s a joy to spend time with, interesting, funny, and had lots of different recommendations for the newbie in town.

Crystal worked with my very thick hair with so much care. She educated me on my hair, offered some great products. Most hair stylists tend to complain about my hair or make me feel like burden, but Crystal gassed me up! She was very intentional working with my hair which I appreciated. Highly recommend working with Crystal! Also, where else can you go to get a haircut and shop for some oddities? ! It’s the best!

Loved my time here! Crystal is super friendly and made the effort to get to know and understand me so she could better grasp what kind of style I was going for. She is very skilled and that's because she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I got a pretty lengthy wolf cut and it came out with the exact same vibe as the reference photos I provided. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you're interested in an alternative aesthetic.

Incredibly talented and friendly with a unique and inviting space. I typically have a lot of anxiety wrapped around haircuts. Crystal made me feel welcome, and worked with me to get the prefect haircut. Not only was it super cute but gender affirming. Strongly would recommend.

Crystal is incredible at what she does! She completely transformed my hair from my natural dark brown long hair with some blonde pieces to a perfectly split dyed, black and green mullet. I could not be happier that I trusted her to give me my dream hair!

Not to mention it took ONE APPOINTMENT to get all the work done! From cutting and styling to lifting my naturally super dark hair and applying color, her efficiency and attention to detail are unmatched!

Great overall experience too. The spooky decor and oddities in the studio created an awesome vibe and Crystal is great company! We had pleasant, intelligent conversation while she gave my hair a makeover!

My experience with ghost hair parlour was amazing. I loved how thorough and precise they were, and took extra effort to make sure they were giving me hair treatment that I wanted. I went there a few days ago, and Crystal was the biggest sweetheart ever! Showed her a picture of what I wanted and my hair came out even better than what I expected. So friendly and kind, and really made the haircut experience even more exciting than usual. Love her whole aesthetic as well! Beautiful!
