Horrible people at Wadsworth location. Overcharged me on pick up by almost $44. Did not give me the sale price. When I call, they are unbothered, smart mouthed and told me to go ahead and call corporate, they would just send them back to me. I have wasted a week chasing my money and will now file a chargeback with my bank. They have zero customer service or support. I will no longer shop here.

Walked up to the door at 5: 05 on Xmas Eve to pick up my order from the meat department and was spoken to like a criminal by the young man wearing glasses who was guarding the entrance to not let anyone in. He must have had a bad day because the look of hatred on his face was beyond belief. Thankfully I was able to get what I needed from your competitor. Next time I know to check the actual store website for the closing time since the manager doesn't bother to update the Google business hours.

Shopping at this store is a waste of a drive and is just a giant 'window shopping' center, can look but not purchase. Every time I go to the deli to get lunch meat and cheese it's always closed. In fact one employee said it closes at 5pm. It is really inconvenient and ridiculous that they cant stay open longer. Not everyone in the world can be there when the deli is open. The meat and cheese that sits out in the cooler is not fresh and concerning to one's health. And putting the sticker over the zip lock bag zipper is ignorant and rips the bag for the lunch meat and cheese. Not to mention they used to be open until 8pm, then it became 6pm, and now 5pm?

Probably the most impressive Giant Eagle I have been to. I love that they have a couple restaurants on the inside. A nice meat department. One thing I like is the peanut butter making machine they have here. Let's you make fresh peanut butter for purchase.

I used to live and work in Green, and this place was the best. Went back for the first time in 4ish years and things aren't the same anymore. Still a nice grocery store, but the quality has dipped. And their food court is completely gone. Hot, fresh options replaced by pre-made cold food

This review is mainly for the curbside pickup. Just wanted to say how wonderful Marisa was on the phone when I just called. Very friendly and nice. Excellent communication skills. It’s super early in the morning and while most people aren’t that friendly this early she was excellent! Just thought the bosses might like to know what pleasant person they have answering the phone! Nicest person that I’ve talked to in a long time! Definitely deserves a raise!

Some rude staffing, bagging is little rough cleaner in with my icecream topped with loaf of bread. If they force paper bags on us I'll stick to acme and Aldi only

I love this store! Everyone is super nice and helpful! This is my favorite grocery store and they have so many selections of everything I need! It smells so good when you walk in, I love it. Also I love the Starbucks inside.

I love this grocery store. The selection is always good, especially of gluten-free items, and the staff is always super helpful. Sarah helped me find something today in the frozen section and was so kind! I appreciate how efficient and nice the cashiers are as well! Thank you for being amazing everyone!

My last review was four years ago, I am still not happy. Clean this place, it looks like no one is taking pride in our Green Giant Eagle Market District. You are giving me Marc's atmosphere with HIGH priced items. I want to walk in and say yes to all the produce because it is beautifully displayed. I cant get that at the Giant Eagle.my last trip the cashiers were not bagging. The Customers were bagging! I can bag BUT LOWER YOUR PRICE. My goal for 2022 is to minimize what I buy at your store and find other places to shop and spend my hard earned money. I stopped at Fresh Thyme (jackson area) today- outstanding! If you take time to look GE, I have shopped for many years $$$ I have even advertised on your counters and carts.bye bye, you will not be see me much more. Clean up and Shape up. Our area pays high taxes to live here STEP it UP! Dingy, Dirty, No happy welcomes or thank you' s. I will not spend my money in Green or Giant Eagles any longer. If I want to bag my own groceries, I would go to Aldis!

My onions with Jars?
My beef chuck roast with a couple scented candles, olive jars On top, of the roast!
When I decide to shop Giant Eagle I know I am paying top dollar for the products. In return for the top dollar price We deserve to the best customer service.
Pack the grocery bags properly, please.

Prior to COVID this place was wonderful, good selection, nice and clean, exceptional. We started using the Online ordering and at first we were pleased but hesitant since many items seemed to be completely missed. We gave them a second chance, again, many items missed, this is ironic since the picker texted and called repeatedly asking questions, but at the end of the day, ordered 30 bottled waters, got 10, Rotisserie chicken, no show, (so much for dinner) lunch meats, cookies, pudding, all things you don't really notice till later when you go to make a lunch or get a dessert, you remember ordering it, the list online confirms it, but the receipt shows no sign of the item.

In their defense, it appears ALL of the stores offering this service have issues, not sure if it's the quality of people available or just plain laziness and lack of common sense on the employees' part, many of the pickers are just young folks, seemingly lacking in anything resembling common sense or work ethic.

Absolutely disappointing. When you pay $7.00 for a single cold piece of chicken, you would expect the eatery area and microwave to be kept clean.

While shopping today I noticed they were playing live music and it really made shopping today so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Wish more places did this. I love live music and on my way to Giant Eagle I’m dreading the shopping. This made it much more enjoyable today!

$47 Down the drain. Tuna fish sandwiches, deviled eggs, wedding soup, broccoli cheese soup, pre pulled chicken All smelled rotten when we go home and opened it up. Market District needs to have their employees CHECK EXPIRATION DATES.

While shopping yesterday there was an associate filling online orders in the isle. This young man said hello, asked me if I needed help finding anything and then thanked me for coming in today. Now that is customer service!

Shopping here (2019 B. C. - before Corona) used to be a 5 star experience filled with specialty items and wonderful prepared foods. However, my last visit the place looked kinda sloppy, the selection was ordinary and there were hardly any prepared foods - could be related to the pandemic or maybe they reduced their quality to save money - I was pretty disappointed.

I buy my groceries here every Sunday. This is the third time I have bought food items that were a month or so more past the expiration date. I came in Sunday (3/7) and purchased pineapple chunks that expired on the first week of February. EWWW. Now I guess I will be checking everything from here on out. I am completely disgusted.
