Giant Eagle Pharmacy reviews
7Very clean and organized, drive thru is great! Nick the pharmacist very helpful with my Mom's scripts.
I always get good service here and love the easy drive thru pharmacy!
Nick George is an extremely rude pharmacist. He raised his voice and got angry with me for just asking him some advice on a condition. He should not be interacting with customers. If you want friendly advice, go somewhere else.
I'm on Auto-refill for most meds.when I call about one that isn't they always mention if there are other ready for pickup. The voice notification is annoying but that is true for every GE I know of. "Oh a prescription for someone in your household... " Who, and What? There are three of us and we have several for each. It's a text to my phone, tell me who I'm asking at the counter for.
Meds never ready at time my wife or I request. Always some issue with what they have in stock, how they're behind because they got very busy, even when I'm told it's ready when I call or get an automated message to come pick up. Male pharmacist is very curt. I understand being busy and getting behind, but if you cannot fill my thirty tablets in 6 hours when you told me it could be ready in 2, and only have vague excuses when I arrive, we will take our business elsewhere.
The employees are polite for the most part, but I've yet to get my rx at the time I've been told it's ready or even within 30 minutes. I go on my lunch break frequently, and no matter when I call it in, there's some issue with the system being down, or a back log of things to fill - which I would understand if it were occasionally but every time is pretty frustrating, when I even give 20-30 minutes more than the given pick up time, and I've wasted my break sitting on their bench and still walk away without my medication
