Kevin is hands down the absolute best pharmacist around! I’m sooo glad I changed pharmacies along time ago. He has been through a lot with me, always remembers everyone’s name & even comes to help with over the counter questions! This Giant Eagle has the best team working with him & for them!

Older gentleman was in front of me. The pharmacist, a female, who’s new checked him out. Iam there almost every day and never seen her before. Sometimes you can sense when someone shouldn’t be in customer service. He started to enter his information on the touch screen. The pharmacist blurted out “I will tell you when to enter your birthdate”. The older gentleman seemed stunned and said excuse me. At that point I walked away. I hope she’s not going to be a regular pharmacist at the Sheffield location. For the most part everyone there’s been helpful. It’s probably best she not wait on customers.

After years of using CVS pharmacy, we made the switch to this pharmacy. I have been very pleased with the text refill reminders. I was pleased to see more than one or two pharmacists handling the orders. Unlike CVS where they were grossly understaffed and never had the medicines even after being called multiple times, this pharmacy has been a delight.

Kevin is hands down the best pharmacist we have ever worked with! He calls the insurance company and drs office for us when he knows something is wrong. Hes also friendly and greets us by name when we walk in! Hes not just our pharmacist, hes our friend!
