Giant Eagle Pharmacy, Barberton OH

Have been here many times with no problems but today this lady at the drive up window has a terrible attitude and tone. I had to have my daughter call the pharmacy to see why she shouted that there is NOTHING to pick up, even tho we received a text stating prescriptions were ready to pick up. Not happy about getting back in this line which is now 5 cars deep! Giant Eagle Pharmacy, please send Nawal for customer relations training!

Free delivery turns out to be door dash or similar delivery service. They don't deliver on week ends and can be slow, I've never had same day delivery.

The staff in the pharmacy are pretty on top of things and are really nice, professional, and are helpful as well. I'm glad I switched here.

Worst customer service ever! Been going here for couple years, at first was great and felt part of a family. Now they are all rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. I am taking my business to ACME on manchester! I tried to give them a chance to change but just got the point of blood boiling frustration. Both Chris's were great, outside of them its the worst ever!

Reed seemed very put out with the amount of prescriptions my mother needed to fill. Kept shaking his head with irritation. Not customer service oriented at all. Wanted my mother to wait 2 days to fill her scripts. Shook his head even more when we stated that she needed them before then. No greeting from him, no smile, no nothing.

Technicians are not competent. Had to visit pharmacy three times for one prescription. The common answer is 15 minutes. The actual time was 45 minutes. Thanks Giant Eagle Pharmacy for not being professional and competent.

The fat blond woman is rude, always mean to me. After waiting to refill my medicine and before she starts she said next time go to the other window, no one waiting except me, the said I can help you this time. I always refill my medicine at the same window.

The technicians were vary rude. I had to go thru the line 3 times to get my prescription. They acted like I was completely inconveniencing them by asking them to do there job. I would not recommend going here to get your meds.
