Horrible customer service from one particular lady. Who never gives her name so I do not know it. She mumbles and is EXTREMELY rude. Not personably or friendly whatsoever. If I knew her name, I would personally suggest she find another career field as customer service is clearly not the job for her.

They are always so rude and act as if calling in is an inconvenience for them. Very poor customer service and bad attitudes all around.
