Giant Eagle Supermarket, Westerville OH

Every time I go to giant eagle I leave angry. Self checkout UI is awful. I don't want to fight with a advantage card lookup to buy one item. I don't shop here because of high friction user interface.

I got burned. The one time I didn't keep my receipt, I ended up with the inedible. I bought their G. E.brand breaded pacific cod (4 square pieces) for around $9. When I bought it, I noticed it seemed rather lumpy and icy. I thought it was full of ice but wow.when I eventually opened it and took a closer look, albeit 2 weeks later, it was obvious that they had a freezer failure and the thing was basically cod mulch.demolished and useless. You couldn't even discern where the patties start and stop.completely fused.

Reasonably priced, well stocked grocery store. Loses a star because you can't check out without one of their store cards. I'm new to town, and didn't expect that. Cashier swiped a store card, but no one bothered to mention how to get their customer card. Probably won't go back often just for that reason.

I am not normally a Giant Eagle shopper but stopped in for convenience. It's a lovely, clean store. Many fresh food options that smell amazing with more pre-packed to take & heat. Their deli was extensive with friendly staff. They carry multiple options for any product you may be looking to grab. 4 stars because it is much more expensive than any other grocery stores in the vicinity. It's a Gucci Kroger. It's nice for quick stops but I'll take Marc's any day for my regular shopping.

I love the smaller size of this location for quick in and out. Great produce, wine and meat selection! Not a fan of the one-way isles but hopefully not for too much longer.

I used curbside pickup service. I like that they texted me to let me know items that were unavailable. I called them and they made my desired substitutions and even added items I had forgotten to my order.and they did it with kindness. Good customer service!

Poor. Got there to pick up an order placed online. Arrived 20 minutes early. They told me that the order was ready, but policy states that they could not release it until the time of the order. When I said I had picked up early in the past they said that I should not have been aloud to and that they would not bring the order out for another 20 minutes. They actually made me wait another 35 for an order that was ready when I arrived.

Best place to grocery shop, esp if need special time. Very organized and clean. Thank you giant eagle.

Best online shopping experience in Westerville, far ahead of the other groceries with their pickup/delivery services.

I can't say I've ever seen trash on the floor, had a bad experience, or anything that would make me give less than 5 stars.

Love all the buy one get one free they been having. Just saved forty cents on gas. People are nice and friendly and the store is clean

Always a clean & courteous experience. We now live in Florida, so we miss Giant Eagle. Shopping here makes for a nostalgic trip to the market. Next vacation "home", we'll definitely be back.

It's so awedome to pick up my grocery order & have it loaded into my vehicle since my arthritis makes it difficult to walk now. Personel have been so very helpful. We love it!

Very disappointed no Snowville Creamery chocolate milk. Also not a friendly experience at the Get Go trying to purchase & use gas card. No cards with Get Go logo and very difficult to find and the teddy bear one that looked like a baby store card, does not swipe at pump like other store cards. Clerks were very codescending when I asked for assistance today.

Have been going here for years for groceries. Their perks program is great. They have a good selection of gift cards which is convenient. I have used their curbside program several times and love the convenience of it. Their store brand is pretty good too (much better than Kroger store brand in my opinion).

Apparently if you're a mother in your 20's, this Giant Eagle will discriminate against you. I walked up to a beer sampling today, and was told that I would have to come back without my child in order to sample this beer, because it was "A bad look" so apparently tasting a sip of beer in this grocery store is only okay if you aren't a mother.

Great place! Friendly people. I don't often shop at Giant Eagle however. I find it far too expensive.

Usually short lines oh, and the staff is always very nice. Their produce selection is lacking, but the rest of the store has a good diversity of products!

Usually only 2 cashiers no matter how busy. If I have to scan and bag my own groceries, I should get a discount.

I purchased the pot pies from hot foods section. They looked amazing. When I got home I was amazed at how little they weighed. Neither had more than a third of a cup of filling. What filling they did have was dry, no gravy/sauce.it filled the tin at about 1/8-1/2" deep. I will Never buy them again.on a good note, the crust was good
