Giant Eagle Supermarket, Tallmadge OH

Okay this is important it's something you should know Giant Eagle in Tallmadge great place there their produce is so fresh I'm I haven't bought a bad any type of fruit there I buy watermelons from them they're always sweet I buy grapes for them they're always fantastic they have more people working registers than any other store I'm at but here's the big thing I left there last week and I lost my wallet when I called them the next day not only did they search the register that I checked out at they had the kids go out and search the parking lot for my wallet I hate to admit this but I did find my wallet and it was at my house but I do have to tell you that they were bending over backwards to find my wallet

This giant eagle was one of the cleanest giant eagles that I have ever been in and the staff was very polite and helpful great store.

Rushed to get there before they closed at 10. Got there at 9: 55 in the doors were locked. The employees inside seemedTo be happy that they locked me out. I just needed one thing. Now I will have to drive all the way to W Mart

Love the deals here but guys lets get real.you only have vodoo chips not vodoo heat. Why? Even the dollar store has both.

Best major name brand grocery store to go to, for anything but meats. You can get all your meats in larger pounds for a cheaper price at other stores.

No one to help with question, I had to ask the guy who bring in the alcohol which he was stocking the freezer. He said there was a person in the freezer in which he ask about on behalf of myself, however they didn't carry what I needed.

Haven't been to GE for years, but I needed fried chicken and cake for my daughter's birthday. I waited till the last minute. Luckily both the bakery and the food service were able to help me have the items I needed to complete my daughter's party. Lisa was a big help at the food counter. She even recommend other items that would save me time. I was very impressed with the service.

Ordered a birthday cake.
Called before picking it up and was told it was ready.
Showed up to get birthday cake.
Got yelled out by older lady with salt and pepper hair for coming early.

Pricey but still ok. Every issue I've ever had has been promptly rectified by a reasonable manager. I frequent this place bc I'm within walking distance. I wish mine had a get go as large as the one in the falls.

I shop at this Giant Eagle all the time. I pickup my medicine at GE Pharmacy. Love the service and it's conveniently located!

This is a very clean store. Although it was super busy I didn't have to wait more than 3 minutes. The cashiers are friendly and the store staff are extremely helpful. I will visit this store again.

Service and everything fine, entrance and exit only points are a joke though. Same as one way aisles. Very cumbersome and irritating.

Great store, the pharmacy need to tell how use a med when you pick it up. That should be something that he says from the start.

This is my local Giant Eagle and the people here are really pleasant. With stores like this it's the people that make the difference.

They did not have any register lines open- only self checkout. Since I had a cart full of groceries and no other options it took me a while to ring out. The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. Yet the staff liked to stand over me and tell me that I was placing my items on the belt incorrectly and letting my items pile up. So I told them they needed to have a line open for people who have a good amount of groceries and this older lady wanted to argue and continued to tell me I was doing everything wrong. I appreciate the 4 staff members who came to watch and stand around but couldn’t find the time to work a register.

Shopping here is a pleasure! Everyone is friendly, helpful and nice. No snarky clerks! The foods are fresh and good. The store is clean and aisles are wide enough so that shoppers aren't on top of each other. And when I come home and check over my receipt, it's correct, also. Wish they would open another store closer to my home.
