Giant Eagle Supermarket, Twinsburg OH

It was horrible. This was my first visit to this location and my last. After filling my cart and paying for my groceries I was informed no carts could leave the store. Had I known that ahead I would not have purchased as much. Luckily my daughter was with me to transport the bags which was difficult for her because of medical issues. Personally this should not have been my problem. This was a management problem that should have or could have been handled differently.

It feels like a Maze! Long isles, short isles? Meat Department is nicely displayed & Produce is good BUT……not the rest. This store needs a total makeover!

I shop here a lot. It's a little bit smaller than most Giant Eagles. Although it has most or all of the basic needs. Always friendly service. Usually quick lines.

Meat counter needs more signs and bell's for service I waited 15 minutes for service before I started walking away and then I saw the sign on the other side of the counter time wasted!

This is my home store, and it doesn’t matter if it’s food, or a covid booster shot, or a trustworthy pharmacy this place has never let me down.

Small but nice. No long lines. Selection of some items limited, but great for running in for a few quick items.

Worst company ever I worked there during the pandemic they had me do produce and nothing could get done the managers did nothing and the other people working there did nothing I was put on carts because they did not have people to do that and then I was put on mask duty because there was no one to do that. I has went to my manager multiple times about crazy costsmers and they did nothing and at one point I had a customer threaten me and they would not call the police or get the manager on duty I ended up walking out that day. Do not shop there + everything is expired and overpriced they have the worst costsmer service and they literally have mold in there dairy frigeraters

It's convenient to go to but the fruits and meat are not always the freshest. The seafood counter needs a good cleaning and they need to maybe buy less as it sits and smells. Good fish never smells.

I like there selection of foods here, where I get both specialty foods and basics. I use coupon apps along with the deals with the advantage card deals. I wish that I could order online and pick up in person, but other than that, the customer service is very good.

I stopped by here so many times since it's on the way home and recently I was very disappointed because my fruits went bad in a day or two. This has been an issue for the last couple months! Decided to shop elsewhere for fruits and meats and maybe not returning to this location so often.

Excellent attitude and great service!
Meat department employee went in the back to get me three smaller size packages of ground beef (packages in refrigerator case were too large).
Health and beauty area employee did a price check on vitamins that were unmarked and rang them up at clearance price for me.
We love GE!

Wasn't having the best day personally but needed to stop at Giant Eagle for a few things before heading home. Normally I'd use self-checkout on these days so I wouldn't have to interact, but was waved into lane by a very kind young man. Bradley was kind and efficient and even though the interaction was minimal, helped make my day better. Thank you! Great staff at this location - keep it up!

As usual, Giant Eagle is a great grocery store. First time in this particular store. Recommend this Giant Eagle and all Giant Eagle stores.

Recently the bakery took care of our wedding cake. Due to an issue beyond their control, they made sure the Solon location ultimately took care of. So thankful and was impressed not only by the lovely cake but they did it seamlessly. No stress for the bride. Highly recommended! Best to the baker we absolutely enjoyed when we ordered with her too!

Very nice store, clean and very friendly people. Got my Covid vaccine there. The Pharmacist was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely go back again.

Place good & clean. Electric carts horrible, shopping takes longer because every time you need to turn the crawls & stops.

Very nice. My husband finally found his Bud zero. Yeah. Everyone was nice. We will be back. And the lay out of the stote.
