11I found the items I was looking for okay.the women's restroom needed attention bad. I made one of the store associates aware of the state in the restroom.
Everything looks good. People we're very friendly and respectful and I was able to get most of the things on my list.
Vegetables look like they should have been thrown out 2 days earlier, freshness is clearly not a priority
Other than shorter hours due to Covid-19.
Giant Eagle is a really pleasant, organized, and "clean" grocery store.
I like that the store isn't cluttered to the point that you can't comfortably go down the aisles

I asked for help to find a bag of romaine that wasn’t rotting. I was told everything was out and she walked away… Great service!
Plenty of holiday flowers, good variety of fruits and vegetables. Great assortment of holiday foods. Lines were open easy in an out. I was there about 4: 00
Marcos, made fresh chicken, fried and rotisserie. It was so good. Happy he is still working there. So many faces have changed.
I don't like that you have to have the Giant Eagle card to do self checkout it took way too long to check out today with two things
Overall great store.
Wide variety of items, but limited for ethnic food (unless you're Italian, the amount of pasta is crazy - in a good way!). Employees are very friendly, great bakery options, and the produce is usually in pretty good condition.
Also, so thankful they moved the card reader to the front instead of the back of the of the line! I'd give 6 stars just for that.
My experience was good no issues. Ivan was the casher on duty always pleasant. He thanked my daughter for bagging the groceries for him.
