Giant Eagle Supermarket, Bedford OH

Like to go to this location because its smaller than most Giant Eagles and you avoid the crowds. Do not offer some of the things the bigger store does but I guess that is to be expected.

Everything I need is in Giant Eagle Bedford. The vegie trays and fruit are fresh. Deli counter has a great selection. There is a wide variety of meat in small and large packaging. Greeting cards, magazines, and books offer alot and are well stocked. Employees are helpful and pleasant.

I went to three Giant Eagle stores today looking for regular hamburger patties. All I could find were seasoned patties and patties that were too expensive for the quantity. Fortunately all three were within a reasonable driving distance so I didn't mind the drive.

This place has what you need but it is always understaffed in the checkout department. Self checkout is never open. Plan 20 extra minutes just to checkout

It was a normal Giant Eagle. The cashier was really nice though and I felt the need to say as much.

Busy all the time. Lines always long but this store has everything you need. Very rare to find out of stock items.

They have raised their prices way too much. I still do my own shopping, but I think I'm stuck paying higher prices because of their customer pick-up and them shopping for the people who are too lazy to do their own

Just need more time to see, and study businesses and area and diversity from the mixed nature of the community as standards to product, consumer and community standards of life. But, it’s only a few mixed communities in Cuyahoga.

It's a grocery store not much to say about a grocery store. I will say I felt the meat department was limited.

They actually had a ton of Chicken in stock. I was grateful for that but the customer service at checkout could use a lil work!

A beautiful hidden treasure with all kinds of yummy groceries to purchase. Very organized store that was clean and neat. They had everything, I must return soon.

I shop at? ? Biweekly for my dairy, snacks, fruit and frozen veggies? It’s pretty smooth in the morning and busier in the afternoon. The store associates are helpful and cool. They usually have everything I could need from household items to bread from the bakery. The pharmacy is great too. Good shopping spot!

Southgate omg i always smell they fish department when u walk in the door. Plus the store manager don't even speak. He play and speak more to the workers than the customer.

Very slow service at that pharmacy and they don't answer the phone in a timely manner and i was on hold for 12 minutes.

Basically nice store. However it would be great if they take a stand with regard to covid 19 mandates and use common sense. I am vaccinated. One minute you have to wear a mask even if vaccinated and another you do not if vaccinated. It is frustrating. Also they are cutting cashiers and making more self serve. I find this disgusting. They need more cashiers and LESS self service. Giant Eagle can definitely do better in this regard.

My shopping time was fine. Disappointed the Sugardale bacon was 7.99.hopefully that will change soon.

This store was so rude, My first time at this location and I was not greeted in so I already Knew what type of Experience I was going to have. I had to ring my self out because only two people where open and they had lines! This store needs to do better! I won't shop at this location until they do better! At the end of my shopping experience they ask me to do a survey! That's the only thing that was said to me while I was in the store!
