Giant Eagle Supermarket, Cleveland OH

When is the store going back to 24 hours? I can't understand why the hours haven't changed back? This was so nice for night shift workers late at night and early in the morning. I guess COVID permanently messed that up?

Found most of what I went in for. I am thankful at least with the app there are good coupons. I love the new program where I'm offered coupons specifically for mye based on what I buy.

Came here expecting an eagle. Left unsatisfied with the false advertising. Good customer service and the store is always well stocked/clean. I just think a lot more people would be happy if there was an eagle.

New cop watches people from the register until they walk out. Probably discriminating against people by their looks. I work 3rd, I look a little rough when I get off work. Caught that officer watching me 3 different times while I was shopping. Shouldn’t have to feel like a criminal just to go shopping.

This location has 6 self checkout lanes and only use 2. The lines stretch to the middle of the isles as people wait to use one of the 2 open lanes. I understand there is a worker shortage but self service lanes do not require cashiers so there is absolutely no reason to artificially close lanes and cause long wait times. Absolutely ridiculous to wait in like for 15 minutes to checkout with 1 item.

Just gross. The entrance is always saturated with nasty cigarette smoke. This locations let’s their employees smoke right out front. There is no way to avoid it. Yuck!

Has everything I need (healthy options) police sitting here in front of the doors all day makes me feel like I live in the hood or the ghetto. Are they checking whose running stop signs or are people stealing too much? Very awkward. Never where they should be though.

Very clean with a friendly staff. They participate in the flash food program and that's why I was there.

Went to Giant Eagle Supermarket on W 117th north of I-90 to get 2 large boxes of Kraft Original Macaroni and Cheese, 2 medium cans of sauerkraut and a seedless cucumber. The boxes of Mac n Cheese were advertised at 2 for $6.00. The actual price showed them to be $3.79 each. I brought this to the attention of the lady who seemed to be in charge of the front area cashiers.and she actually checked the area in the store and stated I was correct. I did get her name.and her badge was turned around. She was very helpful in completing my purchase of these items. She is to be commended on her customer service skills. Thank you. Giant eagle is a little to expensive for me but I still get my fish, French baguette and a bouquet of flowers from Giant eagle.

Hours on website and on the door clearly stated they were open till 10 p.m, I got there at 8: 00 and they were closed, with no explanation

Always has what I want, most of the time it’s busy, but never wait in line long and the staff has always been helpful and friendly

Great place to get all my grocery shopping done, nice and safe parking. Staff is attentive, friendly, and produce is fresh and fairly priced.
