Giant Eagle Supermarket, Streetsboro OH

There is an old hag named Anna who serves in the liquor store and she is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered in all my years shopping at giant eagle she should be ashamed of herself. She is disgusting and rude to me and my black mother. I feel like there’s some racist undertones to this whole interaction. She embarrassed me and my mother in a line full of white people trying to assert her dominance over us. She should be fired immediately.

The Seafood Department has always been top notch. We have a clam bake every year and Amanda has always been easy to work with. I know my order will be taken care of here!

Wonderful “Curbside” experiences…. I have been using for several months (typically once each week). Employees are both prompt and friendly…foods are excellent! His blessings! I highly recommend!

Customer service staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. They are very prone to lying about sales. Even though you bring them to the add and are very unhelpful. I thought this might have been a one time event, but sadly this has happened more than three times.

The lady working at the gas station here named Monica was very unprofessional and making racist comments about customers to other customers. Called the police on another customer because she pointed out this behavior. Hope it gets investigated cuz I will not be going back if she is there.

$6.14 today at Giant Eagle Streestsboro Ohio, not much to say other than our dollars being spent in this store will be no more! I believe a picture of an overpriced rotten watermelon pretty much sums it up!

I like Giant eagle they always have what I want and then some. The employees are friendly. Their Perks program does come in handy the dollars add up quickly.

The butcher hand cut my steaks perfectly! However, the self checkout register locked up several times and customer service was helpful to resolve the issue!

Waited a few minutes in the deli to get egg salad. The employees working the meat and cheese did not help had to go get someone else. Why so different from the other Giant Eagles. Also could not measure out a pound and everything was not looking fresh. Not coming back.

BLACK MOLD growing in the milk section looks like they haven't cleaned for months! Egg section is the same old broken eggs from who knows when not cleaned up. This is disgusting and yall should be ashamed of yourselves! Poor management and a disgusting environment I'd rather shop at Walmart!

Can't beat the local Giant Eagle. Most of the staff is friendly. They usually have what I need. The store is never dirty or unwelcoming. I enjoy the curbside express when I'm able to plan during the week. They are usually pretty good at getting the best items when I have to order fruits and veggies. It's very rare they pick out things that are moldy or rotten. I like the texting feature for when my order is being put together and I can talk directly to the shopper about unavailable items or substitutions.

They never have products i need. Took 4 people to get an answer
Great at answering, "I don't know. " I had to knock on the glass counter to gain the attention of an associate. They are great at ignoring customers.

I come here every week to buy my top sirloin I've been buying it here for over 10 years. Today I went to get a couple of top Sirloin and notice the price had doubled. With closer inspection I discovered they were trying to sell the top sirloin petits for filet minion. So buyer beware

A full line grocery store that has dropped on my list of stores for shopping. Only visit here now because of location being close to home. I prefer Meijer & Acme for major grocery shopping. Acme for specific sale items, Meijer for the rest. Walmart has too many out of stocks on our regular purchases to go there anymore.

Not my fave. Narrow rows, and because they killed most of the competition, usually crowded. Prices are OK, as long as you use their loyalty card.
The market district stores have the best stuff, unfortunately, since this isn't one.

For me it's a matter of convenience to shop at this location, it is close to my home. I am very displeased with the overall cleanliness of the store. I frequently find outdated food on the shelves, the produce is not fresh and the presentation is not good. In addition the meat department has a limited selection of meat with a poor presentation.

Always can count in this location to have what I need but the customer service is mediocre at best
