I can't take anything away from this store. Before this debacle I pretty much got everything I needed. A better frozen seafood section like your store on day drive would make me happy. Great produce, deli, meats etc.

Every time I shop here, the produce is always so fresh, well stocked, and clean looking. I love my fruits and veggies so I appreciate this. Well done at this location!

Only giving it 3 stars because. (1). Giant eagle and Heinen's way over price the groceries.and they sell high sodium chicken breast (300+mg sodium per 4oz serving) instead of the 60 mg sodium / 4 oz serving (2). Don't sell Robert Mondavi ' scarlet 5 wine.

I go here to buy juice when the biddulph store smells like rat piss. This place smells much much better!

Over priced on most of the food items. Not worth the so called gas perks. Will not be shopping there again

This is my hometown store I rely on Giant Eagle for all of my groceries and prescription needs I also do my banking there these stores are truly great and I get treated like number one every time I visit thank you Giant Eagle!

Ordered a half a sheet cake for my husband's birthday two weeks ago. It was a white cake with the oreo cookie frosting. It was SO good.we have a piece left and it's still good (been refrigerated). The design was perfect also. Beautiful writing and musical notes were perfect. My husband talked about it for three days after. I am never disappointed with the cakes or decorating from this Giant Eagle.thanks very much.

Terrible customer service. Tried to return an item and the clerk just laughed in my face. Don't go here!

We bought a cake last weekend for a birthday party. We ordered the white almond cake with rasberry filling - it was delicious and beautiful. Thanks for making it so special.

The food is really good but 799 a pound is a bit High 599 would be more than enough that's what they charge at other places. The food is good but Giant Eagle should lower their prices that's way too high.

Cashier failed to ask me for my Giant Eagle card, i was busy unpacking my cart, then i paid for my stuff, wastnt till i was walking out I realized i didnt give my card to her, so i had to go to customer service, i was upset cause i was now being late for my next appointment

Very nice girl's at the deli, let you sample what you are going to buy! Late night shopping made easy.

Always out of the same items! Also they say they except Apple Pay but it never works stopped in there after I went to the gym to pick a few things up and the Apple Pay wasn’t working when I kept trying the cashier just kept stairing eventually I said well I guess it’s not working she said yeah some aren’t set up and then just stood there saying nothing instead of trying a different register or even saying anything! Besides this every time I go in there especially in the morning all the cashiers are cranky don’t even say hello my husband and I spend a lot of money here but I’m tired of the unfriendlyness and always out of products we will shop somewhere else from now on!

Not the best if you're stopping during your lunch break. It always seems like there are long lines that move very slowly. They do have good prices on local produce though!

Nice store decent veg. And bakery. Girls are nice in the pharmacy. Just wish there was a bit more variety like market place, but.

Never had trouble with quality or service; both have always been great. Good selection, organized well and the layout makes sense. They could stand to be cheaper, but I go there more than any other store.

The store is nice, clean and has everything you'd need, but I don't think I've ever witnessed the amount of apathy towards a customer expressed by some of the cashiers here. It's comical how you get better service from a robot in the self-checkouts than an actual human being.
