Unlike many contractors, Gilbert was very responsive to our call requesting service. They were even able to get to us sooner than expected, due to acancelation. Their technician Zack was very thorough at troubleshooting our issue and pointing out forthcoming issues in the boiler system. Zack was able retrofit a modern part to replace an old, no longer available part saving us thousands. Zack later returned to upgrade the piping. Gilbert's prices were very reasonable and even more importantly, they returned our call and kept up good communication throughout. Zack did amazing work, is very knowledgeable, has good attention to detail, and great work ethic. Many area contractors could learn a thing or two from them about promptness and customer service. We highly recommend them!

All the staff at Gilberts were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with patience. As I had no heat in the winter, they considered my situation an emergency and very promptly installed a new furnace for me. I would highly recommend this company.

I've used Gilbert for my HVAC service for over 20 years. They have alway provided prompt service and high quality work. Recently my 18 year old HVAC system stopped working. After evaluating the issues Gilbert recommended replacing the system as parts to my old system were no longer available. Although they were able to rig parts to make it work they felt it would only be temporary fixes at best. I agreed to the replacement of the unit. The four man crew arrived on the date and time as promised and went straight to work. The job took approximately 6 hours to complete. When they left the entire job site inside and outside was neat and clean as if they were never there. The men were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system and would highly recommend Gilbert for your HVAC needs.

I was VERY impressed with the service. The salesman was very friendly and understanding. He put a rush on our service call for my needs. The service techs were very professional and polite. Answered all my questions with no hesitation. They cleaned up and finished on time. I would HIGHLY recommend thier services.

I called twice have not heard back yet. Want to put in central air. They did my neighbors good job.

***ROCKSTARS*** Last year Gilberts Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new electric furnace. There was a problem with it. Todd and his crew worked with me to correct the problem Not only did they fix it they went above and beyond my expiations. They installed a gas furnace which was a significant upgrade to my existing furnace. Not only did the give me a upgrade but did it at no charge. The employees were professional and knowledgeable. You can count on Todd as he was a gentlemen and man of his word.

Started out great but I never received my quote for new furnace install. Salesman never returned my calls. What would have been a sale ended up a very dissatisfied review.
