Gilby's Pizza Cravin, Norwalk OH

We absolutely love Gilby's pizza. It is the best in town. The sauce is fantastic and we have never had a disappointing pizza. Highly recommend it.

Orderd a blt fold over first one was great raved to my wife. Orderd another one was under cooked absolutely terrible threw it away cold inside orderd a pizza from another establishment

Pickle pie was really good. Taco foldover tasted really good but the top in the middle didnt have crust, looked like it was thin and burst a bubble there. Cheese pizza was good as well. Chicken fingers and fries were also good and plenty for leftovers for the next day. Spent $40 for a family of 4. Cleanliness was good when i walked in. Very friendly staff members.

The first time I ordered they screwed our pizza up made it right but wanted the pizza back we had all already bit into, quite disturbing in the era of Covid but okay! The second time I ordered 90$ worth of food, only to get it all home to find out every single sub was messed up 8 subs how does that even happen? I called and spoke with the owner who said it could be replaced at a later time because they were closed. I finally decided to take a chance and order last night to be told he would NEVER replace a $90 order then the owner hangs up on me! I called back multiple times to get ignored!

This was our first time ordering from Gilby’s, and I’m glad we did! They have a family deal which was an xl pizza, wings, cheesy bread, cinastix, and a 2 liter of soda for only $36! I haven’t been able to feed the whole fam for that price in a very long time, so I was excited to treat them to something other than my cooking for a night. The delivery was on time, and the owner delivered it personally. He was super nice, the food was excellent, and I highly recommend. The kids ate everything, I barely got a little of each, so kid approved too!

This was the first time for us to order from Gilby's Pizza Craving. We ordered the Big Pappa stuffed crust pizza.
When I called and ordered I asked for extra pizza sauce on the pizza, which there was barely any sauce put on our pizza.
My husband took one piece of our large pizza and I took one piece. Neither of us could even finish our one piece.
Not much sauce on pizza, but a bigger portion of the pizza was the stuffed crust part, not the actual pizza with toppings.
The entire stuffed crust part was undercooked and doughy. Not at all tasty or appealing at all to eat. My husband and I could not eat that doughy pizza.
All the rest of the large pizza that we bought is still in the box and more than likely going into the trash.
We are on social security as senior citizens and we don't splurge often on ordering take out food. So basically $22 was wasted tonight on our food!
I did call right away to speak to the manager, but was told that it was probably the cheese that made the dough look and taste undercooked. But being that the dough was light in color, it looked and tasted undercooked to us.
I also told him there was barely any sauce on our pizza, and we had asked for extra on it.
Then I was told send a picture of the pizza to one of their employees that we know, but we don't have their phone number! Then manager dismissed me and hung up the phone.
I don't see any place on this review to post pictures, even though I did take pictures of our pizza and would love to post them.
We will not be ordering from here again. We just thought we would try Gilby's and see if the pizza was good. We were disappointed!
Marco's Pizza is usually our go to pizza place in town. Really good, tasty pizza and very friendly staff and if there is ever a problem with our pizza or our order, they always make it right.

Great food, good prices, friendly employees. My favorite is the chicken club sub. The foldovers are great too.

Really enjoy the food! Great priced family deal on fridays. They are the only place that will deliver to me. Love love the cinnamon bread & chicken balls. Good fair prices. Would definitely recommend!

My household loves the pizza and wings from Gilbys Pizza Cravin. They beat anyone else in town, not only for the flavor packed food but for the prices in budget as well. You can't find great pizza with a great cost anymore!

So this was my first time ordering from pizza cravings since the new owner took over and I have to say, IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA in Norwalk, from placing my order, to the delivery, top notch all the way. The pie was hot like the driver was waiting for it to come out of the oven, piping hot the way it should be. I'm tired of getting Luke warm pizza delivered, so thanks Gilby's pizza cravin. I'll definitely be back, and if your reading these reviews you can believe the good ones, don't listen to the cry babies out there. P. S.the ranch bread is a pretty good appetizer. Thanks again GPC!

This was our first time ordering under the new owners and the food was excellent! We ordered a variety of different items and enjoyed them all! We also love that they deliver to our home in North Fairfiled!

Great pizza! Gave the pickle pizza a try and it did NOT disappoint! The loaded pizza was amazing as well! Staff was incredibly nice when I went to pick up the food! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Very amazing place to eat and the food has gotten alot better. I only have had one issue wich would be the cheesy bread crust was very thin not sure how of that's how they have always made it but I believe cheesy bread with thicker bread and lots of cheese and sauce is amazing.

Gilby makes sure alot of love goes into his product. Family Oriented and Always eager to please.

Had a driver pull into my driveway and run over my kids expensive skateboard up by the garage. Music blaring and high speed into my driveway. When questioned about it, it was he had the right away to do what he did and not take responsibility.
